Very professional. Excellent service. Love your website with a bio and rating of techs. Marcus did a great job of communicating and did a great job installing a new garage door opener. I would recommend your company to anyone

Second time we needed a garage repair. This time on our daughter's home. I was happy to hear that Marcus would be the tech and just as he was the first time, he was very respectful and pleasant but still remained professional. He took the time to explain what he had to do. This is the second great experience with this man and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of garage repairs.

The technicians came out and new within 10 minutes what the issue was. Our door was unusually loud when opening and more often than not, got stuck every other time about 1/8th going up. Because we had the 5 year warranty the replacement was inexpensive and done in a very fast and professional manner. I can only recommend this company again.

Just had my garage door opener repaired and I'm extremely satisfied. The technician diagnosed the problem right away, ordered some parts, and came back in a couple days to install the parts. Very efficient and friendly. I will definitely call Precision in the future for garage door maintenance and repairs.

A misunderstanding as to the cost when I talked to the person in the office. I thought she was quoting on two springs that I said we needed when supposedly it was on each one. Tom called the office and we finally agreed to have the work done. Tom was very personable and professional and we truly appreciated getting the work done last evening instead of today and Tom called ahead and showed up on time, putting in late hours of work.

I was attracted at first by the fact that you only do garage doors. Your company turned out to be one of the most professional I've ever worked with! Everyone was very knowledgeable, on time, hard working & friendly. They managed to turn an old, ugly 1923 garage into something that looks great! I would definitely recommend Precision!

I purchased a new garage door opener mainly because the technician gave me choices and was knowledgable about the product. He gave no pressure tactics and answered every question to my satisfaction. The completion was in the time frame he said it would be and the opener is working perfectly. I'm very satisfied.

I was very pleased with the technician, Marcus. He called prior to arriving to tell me what time he would be arriving. Marcus was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to identify the problem--the door was becoming noisy and needed lubricated. He did a full inspection of the door opener and explained everything was in good working order. Thank you Marcus!

Our neighbor had a garage door installed a few years ago through your company. We saw your ad and decided to call. The salesman was very good, and figured out our needs. The installer, Justin Whipkey, did a great job. He was on time, worked efficiently, was courteous and knew his stuff. We were very pleased with the work and would recommend your company to our friends.

Had a great experience. Marcus was very professional and friendly - and did not try to upsell any non-needed repairs. He made the needed repairs/replacements and our garage door is working like new.

They did an excellent job. We purchased 2 doors and 2 door openers. The installers called before coming and went right to work when they got here. Took them about 4 - 4 1/2 hours to do the job. When they were done they came and got me to explain everything about they keypads and remotes.. I would recommend them to anyone who was needing garage doors ... Thank You !!

Great garage door motor replacement job by Aaron Marks! Called Precision in the morning and by 2 PM Aaron had arrived to begin the job. Price seemed fair and the job was completed to my total satisfaction within two hours. Aaron Marks, the Precision technician, was courteous, efficient and left my garage spotless.
