This is the second door opener Precision has installed for me. Excellent quality. The tech called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He previously installed the motor on the other door so it was a breeze to do the second door. It was the TV advertising that attracted me to Precision. Great messages. I give the maximum 5 stars to the entire effort. My first door has a motor so quiet you barely know its' opening. Now the other is just as silent.
