I was very pleased with the technician, Marcus. He called prior to arriving to tell me what time he would be arriving. Marcus was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did an excellent job. We purchased 2 doors and 2 door openers. The installers called before coming and went right to work when they got here. Took them about 4 - 4 1/2 hours to do the job.
