Very pleased with the service. I've used Precision before at my previous house and called them again for my new house. Technician called to confirm and stated when he would arrive at my home. Technician listened to my concerns, checked the door, and determined the best course of action. He told me how long the repair would take, got my approval and completed the job as stated. I will use Precision again and will recommend the company.

We had an overhaul done to our garage door, as it was not opening and closing properly. Tim came and fixed my problem then suggested what we needed done. We scheduled it for two days later. Your company installed a new garage door and garage opener on March 27th 2013. Mike the technician was very professional and was a extremely hard worker. It was an all day process removing the old garage door and opener and replacing it with the new materials. I could not be happier with the finished product. Mike cleaned up my garage and instructed me how to use the keyless entry and remotes. Great job. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Tim, the technician was very professional and had a clear understanding of the problem with my garage door. He explained to me his recommendation and the cost associated with it before any repair work was performed. A complete overhaul of the door and the repair of the garage door opener was the right solution. The door operates fairly quiet and smooth now. I don't have to worry something is going to go wrong every time I opened or closed the garage door with all the noise it used to make. A very good and professional job. I would highly recommend Precision for garage door service.

We are very satisfied with our new garage door. The only thing I saw different from when I spoke to the guy who completed the estimate was that we weren't able to update the way the rails are put in for the new door to be installed. He indicated we could have it all look so that you didn't have to see the rails so close to our heads. But when the gentleman who completed the installation began installing he indicated that it had to be completed the same way we had it due to the size/height of our garage. But at least the garage door is a lot more quieter than the other one (which he indicated would be the case). We are overall very very pleased. Husband still has to bend his head when he comes in the house door of the garage because of the low rails...
