Exceptionally pleased with service of my technician. He took the time to inspect the entire garage door opener, recommended and explained the new system he was installing, and was precise and very quick on the entire installation. He also checked the rollers on the door track, cleaned up without a trace and was done within an hour. The new remote pad makes it a lot easier to access entry to the garage. Great Job!! Would recommend Precision to anyone in need of service. Quick, accurate, honest.

After (literally) over a year of procrastinating, I finally got fed up with standing in the rain and pressing the button multiple times before my garage door would shut all the way, I finally called Precision. Aaron called ahead of time and within minutes of arriving he diagnosed the problem. He told me my options and I chose the one he recommended. In my head I was already planning when I'd take a day off work to get the problem resolved, but that wasn't necessary as Aaron fixed my door on the spot, at 7pm. He was in and out within a half hour and now my door closes like a dream, no longer waking our newborn. I'll definately recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door maintenance or repair. A+!

Ben was great. He quickly assessed the problem with my garage door; a tripped GFI was causing it not to work. In addition to that my springs and cables needed replaced and few things tightened up. I didn't feel pressured when he showed me my options and for that reason as well as his professionalism/knowledge I will contact this company in the future for any garage door needs.

Second time we needed a garage repair. This time on our daughter's home. I was happy to hear that Marcus would be the tech and just as he was the first time, he was very respectful and pleasant but still remained professional. The technicians came out and new within 10 minutes what the issue was. Our door was unusually loud when opening and more often than not, got stuck every other time about 1/8th going up. Because we had the 5 year warranty the replacement was inexpensive and done in a very fast and professional manner. I can only recommend this company again.

Just had my garage door opener repaired and I'm extremely satisfied. The technician diagnosed the problem right away, ordered some parts, and came back in a couple days to install the parts. A misunderstanding as to the cost when I talked to the person in the office. I thought she was quoting on two springs that I said we needed when supposedly it was on each one. Tom called the office and we finally agreed to have the work done. Tom was very personable and professional and we truly appreciated getting the work done last evening instead of today and Tom called ahead and showed up on time, putting in late hours of work.
