I chose you because the person that installed my garage door no longer sdoes them. I looked in the yellow pages and on the BBB and saw you had a good rating as well as a coupon. I was hoping you could come out the same day, but that didn't happen. I didn't like them trying to push so many other things, but I know that is how business works. I would have them come back if I need further work done.

Every time someone comes to the house they comment on how quiet the garage door opener is. It is the best!!. We had the new motor installed about 6 years ago and is fine. Just needed a new bottom panel, electronic eyes,and rollers replaced this time. The repairman, Tim, was on time, curtious and quick. I can't say a bad thing about the company. Keep up the good work.

I called because I thought the door need to be adjusted or something...it was "behaving" funny...Brian arrived right on promptly...and as always was extremely friendly...he assured us the door only need routine maintenance and it was not in need of any major repair. Thank goodness. He is always so calm and knowledgeable. He taught us that we can in fact help keep the door oiled and maybe not need to call again so soon. Precision was able to come out right away to handle our garage door repair. Tim was a very good technician who knew what the problem was right away. The quality of his work was very good too! Precision was a little on the expensive side but the work is backed by a life time guarantee and the BBB. The service was excellent. I called on Monday at 7:00 a.m. and was told a technician would be at my house between 8 and 10. Tim phoned before his allotted time to call was up to let me know he'd be there by 10:00 a.m. He was extremely pleasant and thorough and completed his work when he said he would. He explained what he had to do and made sure I didn't have any questions, both before the repair and after. The chassis, springs, cabling, and much of the door hardware needed to be replaced - not what I wanted to hear but the result is outstanding. It should definitely help the resale value when I put the house up for sale in the coming months. Thanks again to Tim for his professional and pleasant manner.

I had a positive experience, beginning with the phone call. Ryan responded promptly to my service request, which helped me to make the most of my day off. He was efficient in completing a repair on a broken track wheel, answering my questions in a pleasant manner. He performed an adjustment on the closing mechanism as a courtesy.
