We needed to replace a garage door and recalling seeing your vans, gave you a call. The response was prompt and Brian came out to do an assessment. The door was too old to repair so we decided to replace it. Everything went well. The only minor issue was having to wait four weeks until the door arrived. Brian installed it on a Saturday. Everything worked well and the door and installation looked good. We had a minor issue after a week. The door was hanging up on something and would not close. Someone came out the same day we called you to report the problem and fixed it.

i used coupon in flier i got in the mail . George came the day i called and we talked for awhile and decided to put in a new opener and George was honest to tell us we didn't need a new door he could just put new parts on our old door which saved a lot of money .he was very friendly and finish the job in a few hours very nice guy .someone broke in our house the following week and i called and asked for George to come back and change my codes.he did and showed me how to also.i would tell anyone to call precision for any garage door repairs or even a new door. great job George thank you so much .

I called late Wednesday afternoon and was told my door (which I could not get open) would be serviced the next morning. Sure enough, the technician called me around 8 AM and was there by 8:30. The door was fixed (rollers, springs, cables and a much needed door brace) that same day. I was never able to open my double door by hand but now that George fixed it I can lift the door without effort if I need to. A great job done well and when they said they'd do it.

service was excellent and thorough. Besides completing the necessary repairs the service technician suggested replacing the rollers with the Teflon type to improve the doors performance which I appreciated. Your yellow page advertisement states 24 hour emergency service(which I luckily didn't need) but the girl who took the call said that only applied to telephone answering.If I would have needed emergency service. I would have had to look further.
