I cannot remember the technician's name, but he was very informative. He seemed to know the ins and outs of repairing a garage door. My door is old and the wrong spring was on it. The cable broke so the technician suggested that I get the package deal with the 5 year warranty. I am very satisfied with my experience with Precision and will definitely recommend them.

We built this house in 1960. Thomas Giel did the garage door. I called him, he was did not have an opening that day. I looked in the yellow pages and saw your 2-page ad and called. The receptionist was very pleasant, checked her schedule and said 11:00 P.m. was open but if an earlier date came up she would call, she called within the hour and had a 2:00 P.M. opening, I said yeah! Tim and another person appeared. Tim could not have been nicer, he explained the suggested repair to me in detail, I gave him the OK, he did the job in a very neat and workmanlike manner in a short amount of time. Tim is a great employee, don't lose him. I love the new quiet overhead door. You are now on my repair list. Thanks.

I was impressed that Jim Todd didn't try to sale me something I didn't need. He gave me some options, but was never forceful. Very professional and I enjoyed the experience. I tracked your company down on-line and will definitely use your company again. Thanks for being so helpful and easy to deal with.

Technician tried to fix old opener but it was just worn out. He explained my choices for a new opener. I told him how the old door maid a lot of noise and I could not keep cold air out at top. He installed new opener, replaced bad rollers, and got door to fit tight. It cost me more than if I had done it myself with an opener from Home Depot but he did it right and solved all the problems I had had in about two hours.

I had Precision replace my springs & rollers last January, and was very pleased with their professional work. Last week my garage door opener went bad, so I decided to call Precision once again. I requested the same technican (Jim), and they were able to schedule me for the next day. Another fine job! I couldn't be happier with the company, and the friendly service that I received. Jim Z

My garage door was mangled beyond repair and the Precision technician was able to get it secured and back in place until a replacement door arrived for installation. They were available the same day that I called and arrived at 1pm - right in the middle of the 12-2pm window that I was given. I was not charged unfair rates - everything was very reasonable and friendly. The experience has been a pleasant surprise.
