Very fast response time (technician came within an hour of my call---- I know that's not always possible due to their scheduling, but wanted to mention it!) He was very friendly, explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me a written estimate with recommendations for ways to improve my door in the future (my home builders used a cheap door and did not install it well, so he gave me advice on what to do to keep the entire thing from breaking over the next few years). I highly recommend Precision! :)

Jim Todd certainly knew what he was doing, he quickly identified the problem and developed a solution. He was very efficient and able to complete the repairs quickly. The pricing was more than expected, I could have probably purchased the new parts much cheaper then what I paid but I am not familiar with garage door repairs. I would certainly utilize Precision Door Services again but I will educate myself before agreeing to the cost of new parts.

Tim arrived during the promised time frame. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the proper springs on his truck, and went to work replacing the spring. He took extra time to verify the door was working correctly and gave a little TLC to my other door which was not broke but needed some oil to quiet a squeak. His service was perfect and timely. Highly recommended.

I saw your ad on television - when I called I asked if the $39.95 was the ONLY charge. I was told it was. In addition the the safety check and lubrication I needed a new spring. George was very neat, polite and professional. I told him to replace only the one spring which he did. When I got the bill there was a $20.00 surcharge in addition the the $39.95 and the cost of the repairs.

I am extremely pleased with then service I receive form Precision. I remember the adds and when the spring on my garage door broke(of course when I had family in from out of town) a technician was here that afternoon and did a great job . This last time I asked if the door could be adjusted and they again were out the same day. Adjusted the door so I am able to get my new car in the garage with no problem. The technician checked the door and did maintenance. Every technician that has been here has been friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. We found their ad in the phone book. They were very professional, and I was impressed with the e-mail they sent me to confirm my appointment. In the e-mail they also displayed photos of their technicians with their names, so that you know who's coming to your door. Very consumer friendly! I would definitely call them again, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The Precision tech was punctual and very helpful. We purchased a home and in addition to the garage door malfunctioning, we had no instructions from the former owners or remote openers. The technician explained our system, showed me how to reset the codes, repaired the door and thoroughly checked and lubricated all the moving parts. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Garage door spring was broken... I called them about 3:30pm. Technician was there in about a 5pm, door was fixed in no time, however the fees are quite expansive... strongly recommend Precision Garage Door if you need quick service

We absolutely love our new garage door. It is clean and air tight keeping those nasty stink bugs out! The door opener is almost silent! What a treat. Our installer Mike was polite and efficient and explained everything very well once he had the door and opener installed. And the boss stopped by and recommeded a small change that saved us some money without compromising the job, don't hesitate to hire this company. Top notch.

Old garage door opener was 25 years old and a chain drive. It was a Crafsman from sears and gave us good service for a long time, the remotes were replaced a few times and that was a downfall. Jim Todd was very nice and knew his stuff about openers. My wife and I are very satisfied with the new one so far and it so quit being a belt drive now. The new one from Precision has very nice features, light switch,child safety sensors on the floor by the door (FOR OUR GRANDCHILD,VERY IMPORTANT TO US. Jim Todd came to our home "EARLY" after a call from him and that was nice. So far my wife and and I would give Jim Todd and Precision Door 10 stars with the unit.
