I placed a service call on 1/23/2013 and was pleasantly surprise to be scheduled the following day for a preventative maintenance check on my garage door. Your service technician, Tim Bernhardt,was professional and took the time to explain how to properly maintain the door by lubricating only the hinges,not the track. He was also kind enough to replace both batteries in my mini transmitters. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to family and friends!

Tim Kronenberger was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, honest, polite,and took the time to explain the problem(s) to us. He gave us several options for repair and explained each one. I read the reviews about Tim after I learned he was assigned to us. The only problem I have is that the previous reviews have already used every word I could think of. Our experience was great, and would recommend Precision AND Tim to anyone.

Tom was right on time and diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes. I needed a new garage door opener. He installed a new opener and new bearing rollers as well as a safety feature on the garage door which the old genie didn't have. He finished in about an hour and a half. Tom did a fine job. I recommend him.

My old garage doors had stopped opening and closing. They were falling out of the frame. they were useless. New doors were needed as well; as frames etc. The tech./salesman presented a quote and approx. date of delivery. It was early in the period quoted for arrival and the tech. was promptly installing the doors. I am very happy and satisfied with the tech. the service as well as pleased with the doors. I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH DOOR SENSOR, I HAD FIXED A COUPLE TIMES. MY DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE BECAUSE THE RECEIVING SENSOR WAS NOT LIT. WHEN I CAME HOME FROM WORK THE DOOR WAS OPERATING , BUT THE RECEIVING SENSOR STILL WAS NOT LIT.I CALLED AND SPOKE TO BILL, HE STATED IT WAS LIT WHEN HE LEFT AND THE DOOR WAS WORKING FINE. HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE DOOR WAS WORKING ,BECAUSE IT SHOULD NOT WHEN EITHER LITE IS OFF. REGARDLESS THE DOOR IS WORKING AND THAT'S WHAT I NEEDED.

Justin did an excellent job, first getting to my house in the middle of a snow storm, and then replacing my garage door opener with a new one. He was on time, did the job properly, was neat and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was quoted a price to repair a garage door that was not working properly. Justin also suggested preventive maintenance on my other door so the same situation would not occur with this one. At a later date, he completed the agreed upon work and did so efficiently and on time. He was very pleasant to deal with and the service was exceptional. The price was higher than I had hoped to pay, but his original estimate was consistent with the actual cost.

Very professional and answered all my questions. I had broken springs and cable on the left side. Repairs to fix just the problem would have been $450 but I had less then stellar original parts. I went with the total replacement of the cables, springs and wheels with the lifetime warranty for $700 and very happy with the results and piece of mind. Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service. Garage door spring had broken. The door is 45 years old and has had minimal maintenance. Justin evaluated the condition of the existing springs, cables and rollers. He recommended an overhaul of the door. He installed new torsion springs, rollers and cables and balanced the door. Justin arrived at the scheduled time, completed the job in the time estimate, cleaned up the area when he was finished. Outstanding job, I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The garage door works better than it has in years. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair.
