I was quoted a price to repair a garage door that was not working properly. Justin also suggested preventive maintenance on my other door so the same situation would not occur with this one. At a later date, he completed the agreed upon work and did so efficiently and on time. He was very pleasant to deal with and the service was exceptional. The price was higher than I had hoped to pay, but his original estimate was consistent with the actual cost.

Very professional and answered all my questions. I had broken springs and cable on the left side. Repairs to fix just the problem would have been $450 but I had less then stellar original parts. I went with the total replacement of the cables, springs and wheels with the lifetime warranty for $700 and very happy with the results and piece of mind. Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service. Garage door spring had broken. The door is 45 years old and has had minimal maintenance. Justin evaluated the condition of the existing springs, cables and rollers. He recommended an overhaul of the door. He installed new torsion springs, rollers and cables and balanced the door. Justin arrived at the scheduled time, completed the job in the time estimate, cleaned up the area when he was finished. Outstanding job, I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The garage door works better than it has in years. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair.

I am satisfied with the services provided by Precision. I called Precision on Saturday and the person told me he can send service person in late of Saturday to check my garage door. I asked them to come on Sunday. The service guy shown up on time and checked the door and offered me several options to fix the door. I choose one option, he fixed my garage door in one hour and half hour.

Could not be more satisfied. Technician arrived about 1 hour after placing the call. He explained what had happened to cause the spring cable failure and explained out several alternative repair choices.I chose to have the rollers placed in addition to new cables and rollers. The garage door now works perfectly.

The good: The technician arrived here in 1/2 hour- very impressive. He was very knowledgeable, professional and informative!!. He fixed the broken cable quickly. He couldn't have been nicer or efficient. Now the bad---- when I called the office the woman on the phone said there was no record of my garage door being serviced on 6/2008!!! Fortunately, I showed my "SAVED" invoice to the technician and he agreed his service was under warranty. He apologized for the missrepresentation at the home office and said he would inform the office that this was warranty work. He took down the numbers of the two work orders that I saved from 6/2008. I hope this was an oversight and not some scam by precision garage doors to circumvent the warranty!!!! Again, in terms of the technician--YOU SHOULD GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. He was great!!! I would recommend Precison to other people but I will tell them to save their invoices!!!!
