WOW!!!!!!!!! What an amazing install. The tech, Justin, was super. He showed up right on time, unloaded his materials, had everything sorted out so that once he started, it was like clock work!! He knew just where everything was he needed. A very talented and skilled mechanic. I was impressed that once he finished, he took his time to explain how the new opener and keypad works and made sure I was happy with the work. He is a definite asset to your company!!!!

The service man was very courteous and called to give me a heads up when he would arrive. While on site, he was professional and it appears that he did an excellent job. He offered other services they could provide, bit did not push beyond my first " no thank you". In my case, they were able to come out the next day, even when I called on a Sunday. I did not give five stars be/c precision was about 20-30% more expensive then local servicemen. I don' t know their quality, though, since I used precision.

Precision Door recently repaired a broken spring on our garage door in a timely and prof manner. I was concerned Precision may not respond to the nagging issue after the original repair as they had to come back 2 more times. These doors were purchased as a surprise for my husband, and everyone at Precision cooperated fully to make sure he didn't find out. The doors were installed as promised and they look wonderful. I would rate 4 and a half stars, only because the installer was a little late for the appointment, and consequently was not finished in time when my husband returned home. The installer was courteous, and cleaned up well afterwards. We were pleased with the whole experience.

I was shocked to find, on the morning of New Year's eve,that my garage door opener was broken. I looked in the telephone directory and found the full page ad for Precision, noting that they were 'on call ' with a variety of service representatives. I called and was delighted to learn that a repairman could come between 10 and 12 that morning. Justin came ,after calling me when he was within 5 minutes of reaching my house. He assessed the damage and assured me that he could easily repair the opener, and he was able to open the door manually so that I could back my vehicle out of the way. I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new opener, keypad and remotes. The technician was polite, personable & knowledgeable. He explained everything ahead of time and also installed safety cables through the existing springs. He did a great job & cleaned up after he was finished. I was pleased with his workmanship, and everything from start to finish. Even though it was a little pricey, I felt that It was worth every penny and backed by a great warranty.

I could not be happier with my new garage door opener or the service I received. I called at 8:00 on a Saturday night and they had someone at my home by 9:15. I needed a new opener because mine had broken just after I pulled into the garage and shut the door so I couldn't get out. Panicking I called them and they fixed everything and calmed me down. Glad I found them!!!

The work was able to be done on a Sunday which was a benefit. I thought the price was a bit high but I needed to have the work done as fast as possible.

Technician was quick and did quality work. However the price was extremely expensive and I wouldn't use them again. Paid $700 to replace the spring and two side rollers and about an hour's work.

Jason, the technician, arrived in a timely manner. He called in advance to tell me he was 10 minutes away from my neighborhood. More importantly, upon his arrival, he explained what was wrong with the garage door/ cable and proceeded with the repair. Afterwards he swept the debris and discarded it in the garbage can.
