I was able to get a quick appointment and estimate for the work that was needed, and on a Saturday! They were able to schedule the work to be done three days later and Tim was great at explaining the available options. Tim was able to complete the job quickly and took time to make sure the details, cleanings and a tune-up, were done as well. I really appreciate his friendly demeanor and professional work!

You were able to send a technician the day we called and he arrived at the early end of the time frame you promised which worked out great for us. The work that needed to be done this time was under warranty so we didn't have to pay a cent for the service call which made our day! My garage door assembly came apart from the door, it was -3 degrees outside and I didn't know who to call. I searched for a company via the internet, and saw Precision. From the first call to the end of the repairs all of the staff were professional. My appointment was confirmed via email, the serviceman called ahead to let me know when he would be at my house, and everything was cleaned up when he left. The repairman told me that the installation of my door was incorrect and some of the equipment used for the installation was substandard. He repaired the door in approximately 2 hours making the appropriate changes. The door never sounded so good. Although the service was impeccable, I did feel that the pricing was high. This being said, I was glad I found Precision and will use them in the future.

During the cold snap, my doublewide garage door broke. Looking in the yellow pages, I saw the ad for Precision and called. A technician came the same day, gave me a bid on the repair, and repaired the door immediately. George was extremely professional and did an excellent job. I'd definitely recommend Precision!

Couldn't be more pleased with the installation of the new opener. This was my 3rd encounter with Justin, the first two for when I was trying to save an opener on its last leg. His advice was sound and I should have taken it, but instead I postponed the replacement. Sorry I did that, because the new opener is GREAT! Works better and much quieter. The installation was pretty quick, no problems and the price very fair. I highly recommend this firm to anyone.
