The technician who came to service both of my garage doors was very polite and professional. He walked through all the issues that needed to be fixed and or replaced with me followed by the quote to fix. Disappointed at the overall cost to repair spring and cables which I thought as on the high side. There was also a pile of debris left on the garage floor that I cleaned up after he left. Service was excellent but cost factor was not so good.

I called to have a broken spring repaired. It was very easy to schedule a convenient appointment time. The technicians that arrived were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain what was broken and what they replaced and fixed. They were also very helpful in explaining future recommended maintenance. Great service! I discovered that my springs on my garage door had broken and I was sort of trapped. I looked up garage door service on the internet and found Precision. I immediately called and talked to a service rep who advised me that a service tech was in my area and probably would contact me within an hour. Well I receieved a call about 30 mins. later and the tech arrived about 30 mins. later. He acessed the damage and gave a price and all was repaired in less than an hour with a lifetime guarantee. I will reccomend Precision to all my friends. It was such a relief to have fixed to quickly and with no hassle. Excellent company as far as I'm concerned. Thank you.

5 Stars. Both the estimate done by Bill Jack and the installation done by Jason were very professional. Mr Jack explained what was needed to replace the existing garage door and what additional tasks like inserting a new mail slot were necessary. He also explained the existing Craftsman opener looked okay and probably would not need replacing. The finished installation looks and performs great. Everyone showed up on the time promised and cleaned the garage area after completing their work. Thanks to Precision for providing a quality product and delivering what was promised.

The service technician was polite and efficient in installing a keypad on our existing garage door. He also verified the operation of the door, spring, and whatever other parts make it operate efficiently. He gave me price quotes on door replacement. There was a $20 charge added for transportation, but when I questioned it, he removed that charge, since I was not informed of that when I made the appointment. I thought the service call was reasonably priced, and I would use Precision again, if needed.
