I'm giving 2 stars because it took them 2 1/2 weeks to let me know they couldn't perform the job unless my driveway was fixed. It's freezing outside, time is a pretty big factor. I really do appreciate the honesty which is a big reason I tried to be patient, but that answer should have been given to me on day one. Either tell me you can do the job or let me know you can't so I can get on with things and look else where.

I needed my key pad garage door opener fixed so I called the company that installed my garage door six years ago. They never returned my messages. While looking through a Clipper magazine I saw an ad for Precision garage doors. I was impressed with the 24/7 service, & no extra charge for evening or weekend appointments. A technician came to my home the next day & fixed my opener. He was very professional & friendly. He also checked the door, sprayed the hinges, & answered all my questions. I would give Precision a 5 star rating, & I would call them for any future garage door problems

Chuck Hummel and Jason Drylie did a fantastic job installing my garage door. They were very polite, worked very well together and certainly didn't waste a minute. Also, Marcus Martin - who worked on my estimate - answered all my questions adequately and clearly explained what the technicians would be doing when they installed the door. I appreciated the concern they had in being very careful not to damage my newly replaced concrete driveway. Thank you for storing my new door in your warehouse and not installing it until my driveway was replaced.

Precision came out the same day to repair my very large garage door , which came crashing down due to springs breaking, these guys ( Jason ,Tim, & Chuck ) were fantastic , professional , and took care with installing my new garage door. They explained the process and did exactly that. My new garage door took some time to make since it's a very large odd size. The thing I liked was I knew who was coming to install the door from start to end ( pictures on their web site) ,and everyone at Precision kept in constant contact with me so there was no guessing or wondering. I highly recommend this company. The door looks great and is working perfectly . Its nice to have a company that does it once and do it right the first time.

Web site was informative and complete. All questions I had were answered and shown in a very professional manner. Made decision so much easier. 5/5 is no problem. Phone discussions were the same and My installer "Tim" was GREAT. I didn't have to probe for information about the system itself or the installation. He provided it all and up front. Value is not only in pricing, (and this unit is a little more expensive than some others on the market), but the quality of the product and the company who represents it. This was exceptional value. And, Tim made the difference.

Jason, the technician, arrived in a timely manner. He called in advance to tell me he was 10 minutes away from my neighborhood. More importantly, upon his arrival, he explained what was wrong with the garage door/ cable and proceeded with the repair. Afterwards he swept the debris and discarded it in the garbage can.

The entire experience, from calling for an estimate to getting the new garage door installed, was great. Precision was able to work with my schedule so it was convenient for me. The Tech did a wonderful job, but I am still not convinced everything he did was really needed.. The rollers and stuff wear worn, but I could of lived with the opener being fixed.
