Chuck Hummel and Jason Drylie did a fantastic job installing my garage door. They were very polite, worked very well together and certainly didn't waste a minute. Also, Marcus Martin - who worked on my estimate - answered all my questions adequately and clearly explained what the technicians would be doing when they installed the door. I appreciated the concern they had in being very careful not to damage my newly replaced concrete driveway. Thank you for storing my new door in your warehouse and not installing it until my driveway was replaced.

Precision came out the same day to repair my very large garage door , which came crashing down due to springs breaking, these guys ( Jason ,Tim, & Chuck ) were fantastic , professional , and took care with installing my new garage door. They explained the process and did exactly that. My new garage door took some time to make since it's a very large odd size. The thing I liked was I knew who was coming to install the door from start to end ( pictures on their web site) ,and everyone at Precision kept in constant contact with me so there was no guessing or wondering. I highly recommend this company. The door looks great and is working perfectly . Its nice to have a company that does it once and do it right the first time.

My experience to now has been very good. Mike Cercone, your sales rep., is very thorough, explains everything well, and is easy to talk with and ask questions. Once the doors are installed, I will know more.

Your representative (David) did an excellent job of arriving on time, listening to my problem, explaining what he intended to do, and then doing it. He was very courteous and thorough. I was 100% satisfied with the work performed and would definitely use Precision again. In fact, 2-3 days later a neighbor (Mr. Clem Schneider) called to ask if we knew of a good door company and i strongly recommended you. He called and you did his door for him. Keep up the good work, Paul O'Boyle

Web site was informative and complete. All questions I had were answered and shown in a very professional manner. Made decision so much easier. 5/5 is no problem. Phone discussions were the same and My installer "Tim" was GREAT. I didn't have to probe for information about the system itself or the installation. He provided it all and up front. Value is not only in pricing, (and this unit is a little more expensive than some others on the market), but the quality of the product and the company who represents it. This was exceptional value. And, Tim made the difference.

I found your ad in the yellow pages and took a chance. Much to my amazement, I got an appointment for the same day as I called. The technician came, assessed the problem and fixed it. I was so impressed by his professionalism and politeness. He couldn't have been a better representative for the company! I would recommend your firm to anyone. Thank you so much.

Jason, the technician, arrived in a timely manner. He called in advance to tell me he was 10 minutes away from my neighborhood. More importantly, upon his arrival, he explained what was wrong with the garage door/ cable and proceeded with the repair. Afterwards he swept the debris and discarded it in the garbage can.

The entire experience, from calling for an estimate to getting the new garage door installed, was great. Precision was able to work with my schedule so it was convenient for me. The salesman answered all of my questions about the different options for the doors, so I was able to choose the best one for our needs. The salesman and technician were both professional and friendly. The new door looks great, and we have received several compliments on it from our neighbors.

The Tech did a wonderful job, but I am still not convinced everything he did was really needed.. The rollers and stuff wear worn, but I could of lived with the opener being fixed.

On October 6th of this year I had a serviceman by the name for Dave Miller out to my home to go over my garage door prior to the winter weather ahead. Dave was very professional arrived on time and called after 10 minutes prior telling me he was on his way. Dave was very through going over my garage door and addressed my complaint that was very impressive to me. It was very assuring that I got an email from Precision Garage Door that very morning with pictures of the service technicians so that I can expect who would be coming to my home. Thank you so very much for your fine quality of service and the technician that worked on my door.

The technician who came to service both of my garage doors was very polite and professional. He walked through all the issues that needed to be fixed and or replaced with me followed by the quote to fix. Disappointed at the overall cost to repair spring and cables which I thought as on the high side. There was also a pile of debris left on the garage floor that I cleaned up after he left. Service was excellent but cost factor was not so good.

Thanks for the quick (one-day) service to replace my suddenly broken garage door opener. Tim Bernhardt and his colleague were professional and thorough in their work, making sure I knew all the nuances of my new opener. I highly recommend you guys! Thanks.
