They were able to solve my remote control door opener problem for a reasonable price. Pleasant employees and gave me reminder calls, even came early. Also took care of a safety issue. Really cared about me as a customer. Also had discounts which helped me a lot at this time.

The guy (Tim?) who came out to do estimate the repair convinced us that we needed new (47 year old) garage doors. We are glad he did as the new ones are so much lighter and cleaner and quieter! then the guy (I forget his name) was super efficient and installed them all by himself. VERY impressive. He informed us of all the things we needed to know. We are very satisfird and our neighbors are also impressed. I have been seeing your little ad in Val Pack for a couple of years and that is how we became familiar with your products and services after I called your number.

After not being able to get the door open, we called to have door repaired. We needed a new opener, which was installed by Dave, in a very timely manner. Work was done neatly, took all trash and old opener, and was completely professional.

I would give your service 5 stars. The Tech did a great job explaining the problem, the best way to fix my door, and 3 different ways how much the repairs were going to cost. He did a great job with the fix, the door works better now than what it did when it was installed. The only negative is it wasn't cheap.

These doors were purchased as a surprise for my husband, and everyone at Precision cooperated fully to make sure he didn't find out. The doors were installed as promised and they look wonderful. I would rate 4 and a half stars, only because the installer was a little late for the appointment, and consequently was not finished in time when my husband returned home. The installer was courteous, and cleaned up well afterwards. We were pleased with the whole experience.

They replaced my garage door, opener and trim on the coldest day of the year (2015) to date. I recently retired and wanted the lifetime warranty to make my life easier as I have had problems with my old setup in the past. I could not be happier with the installation, appearance and workmanship that they provided under less than ideal conditions

Jason Drylie arrived the day after we called, on a Saturday. Our garage door was stuck & we needed a second opinion about getting new springs. Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all honest. He did a safety check on our door, pushed it back on track, and added & tightened a couple of bolts. He showed us that our springs were in good condition and should last a few more years. He saved us hundreds of dollars that we would have lost to another service. I will definitely contact Precision in the future, and recommend Jason for honest and experienced service.

I was shocked to find, on the morning of New Year's eve,that my garage door opener was broken. I looked in the telephone directory and found the full page ad for Precision, noting that they were 'on call ' with a variety of service representatives. I called and was delighted to learn that a repairman could come between 10 and 12 that morning. Justin came ,after calling me when he was within 5 minutes of reaching my house. He assessed the damage and assured me that he could easily repair the opener, and he was able to open the door manually so that I could back my vehicle out of the way. I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new opener, keypad and remotes. The technician was polite, personable & knowledgeable. He explained everything ahead of time and also installed safety cables through the existing springs. He did a great job & cleaned up after he was finished. I was pleased with his workmanship, and everything from start to finish. Even though it was a little pricey, I felt that It was worth every penny and backed by a great warranty.

Marcus was my service rep. He was courteous, explained all of my options. I liked the fact that the parts have a lifetime guarantee and Precision will fix anything should I have an issue. I could not be happier with my new garage door opener or the service I received. I called at 8:00 on a Saturday night and they had someone at my home by 9:15. I needed a new opener because mine had broken just after I pulled into the garage and shut the door so I couldn't get out. Panicking I called them and they fixed everything and calmed me down. Glad I found them!!!
