I found Precision by Googling Washington County garage door repairmen. I needed the weather stripping replaced on both of my garage doors. David called in advance, arrived on time and performed the service work in a timely, courteous and professional manner. While he was here he examined both doors and made a few suggestions. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work and was on his way. No sales/repair pressure. A totally enjoyable experience. Will definitely use Precision again.

Marcus and your company saved the day! One of my cables broke on my garage door last Friday. I was lucky it didn't hit one of the kids or do any damage. Spring snapped thanksgiving night ,ad George from precision come Friday to fix , ended up getting a 5 year warranty but paid very dearly for it. Was way more expensive than the last time I had work done for broken springs , that's why I bought the warranty because of the very dear price I paid but had to have it done. George did a quick and good job as far as I could tell

My 38 year-old solid two-car garage door needed a lot of much delayed maintenance work. Technician George Rosso arrived on-time, inspected my garage door and devised an honest and cost effective action plan. George completed the repairs and adjustments in a timely manner. Since the door had unique issues, George voluntarily returned a few days later to make sure the door was working properly without a charge. But my garage door developed a problem a week or so later. The company honored their warranty and dispatched George to make adjustments. I chose this company from the BBB website and I now understand how they earned the BBB's highest rating. Well done!

He also adjusted the tension of the door when closed as to prevent a gap at the top of the door. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He deserves a 5 star. Technician was quick and did quality work. However the price was extremely expensive and I wouldn't use them again. Paid $700 to replace the spring and two side rollers and about an hour's work.

Absolutely great service. I have a small detached garage with no window nor door. I had--very absentmindedly--closed the door with the hatchback open thus wedging the hatch against the garage door when I tried to open it. Precision Door representative came within the time promised and he managed to open it with only slight damage to the hatchback. He was very professional both in his execution of his work and demeanor.

I'm giving 2 stars because it took them 2 1/2 weeks to let me know they couldn't perform the job unless my driveway was fixed. It's freezing outside, time is a pretty big factor. I really do appreciate the honesty which is a big reason I tried to be patient, but that answer should have been given to me on day one. Either tell me you can do the job or let me know you can't so I can get on with things and look else where.
