Mike was the gentleman who installed our door and opener, he was punctual, very friendly and courteous and completed the job in the exact amount of time that was quoted. He is a very good representation of the company and also did a very good job at explaining the product and demonstrating. Bill Jack did outstanding work for our broken garage door opener. First he called to say he was AHEAD of schedule; then he was able to diagnose the issue before even looking at the physical opener. In discussing the repair job, it became obvious that for only a couple hundred dollars more, it made sense to install a brand new opener (rather than attempt fixing the old 1996 one). Bill was able to adjust to this called audible, explain all its new features, and actually completed installation quite fast. We are extremely pleased with our upgraded opener & all its capabilities. Now we will no longer wake up the neighbors with a loud opener. I had no idea what I've been missing.

Fantastic Service, Problem at 8.10am on a Saturday and service technician arrived at 11.30am, Broken spring diagnosed and 90 minutes later all was fixed. I was shocked at the cost but it needed to be fixed.

I approached a service technician who was in his service van in the parking lot of a Giant Eagle. I explained the problem that I was having with my garage door. He could not have been any nicer. He provided me with the 1-800 business card and said that he would likely be the one to come out and work on my garage door. When I called to schedule the appointment,the process was quick and easy. In less than two days (it would have been faster, but my schedule did not allow for me to be at home for two days)my garage door was working again and the bill was very reasonable. I will use Precision again and will highly recommend them to others.

I needed my keypad replaced on my garage door. I had recently bought the house and had never had the door serviced.
