My car was trapped in the garage by one broken cable, and having just received injury to my back I was not in the position to raise the door by hand. Hence the prompt service early in the day was vital. Service provided repairing the damage and adjusting the mechanism plus fitting the security cables for this and the adjoining bay was completed promptly. Much appreciated.

We had a number of concerns that were eventually addressed by two different service men. Marcus and Tim K were great. They were patient, persistent and very thorough and knowledgeable. They were also very respectful and kind. Ultimately, they calibrated our remotes, the keypad, and circuit board to prevent the "cross-frequency" problem with our neighbor that made the garage door go up and down from THEIR remotes, and we haven't had a problem since! Marcus and Tim are great ambassadors for the business, and you have my recommendation for their repair work all the time! On a 1-5 scale; those guys top it off at a perfect 10!! Thanks for the professional and personable service men.

Precision actually scheduled an appointment and sent a service tech out a few months after the installation just to make sure everything was installed and working properly without me asking. It was, but they wanted to verify that everything was good. Who else does that? It made me feel good that I chose Precision even though I had lower bids when I was buying the garage door. They really are the best.

I came home from work one evening and my garage door cables broke in the process of closing. I attempted to close it but hand but was unable to manually close it. Since it was a very cold February night, I was hoping to get the door fixed as soon as possible. I called Precision at 7:30 PM and they said they could come out that night and fix it. One of their representatives called me at 9:00 and said he would be there in the next 30 minutes. Tim arrived and promptly fixed my garage door. He was friendly, professional and made sure everything worked properly prior to leaving. He replaced the cables and the rollers which were the root cause of the issue. The door now works great. Based on the quick response, the work done and the final product, I thought the cost was reasonable, This was my first experience with Precision and based on the experience I have rated them 5 stars for the service they provided to me.

The service man was very courteous and called to give me a heads up when he would arrive. While on site, he was professional and it appears that he did an excellent job. He offered other services they could provide, bit did not push beyond my first " no thank you". In my case, they were able to come out the next day, even when I called on a Sunday. I did not give five stars be/c precision was about 20-30% more expensive then local servicemen. I don' t know their quality, though, since I used precision.

I followed the suggestion of the service tech that I called out for repair of a broken spring and had my garage door replaced with a new one . The new door was made in the time frame I was told and the installer arrived when scheduled and the the installation went without a hitch . The employees were very professional , neat and courteous . I called Precision when one of my garage door openers stopped working. Even in the cold weather and over the weekend, the installer (Marcus) did an excellent job installing the new equipment. I ended up purchasing 2 belt drive openers (nice and quiet) replacing the both the broken opener and the other one that was on it's last leg. Competitive price and terrific service from Precision.

Precision was recommended to us by one of our neighbors. We were in a jam, as our garage door refused to open on a Sunday morning and we had absolutely no idea whom to call. The service technician showed up in 45 minutes (we were given a two-hour arrival time window). On a Sunday! Quick assessment of the problem and garage door was repaired in around 2 hours. This was awesome - we could barely open the door manually, and a car parked in the garage had to be moved out the following morning. Service technician was polite and efficient. Will definitely use again if needed and will highly recommend to others.

I was impressed with: - The 24/7 phone service - The friendliness and professionalism of the phone operator - The rapid communication by email and phone - The work Tim Kronenberger did. Tim called in advance of arrival, and arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule (I nearly died of shock). He quickly assessed the problem & securely repaired our garage door. He even provided a quick overview of his repairs, as well as recommendations for replacement. He was in and out in less than an hour. I'm a pretty hard to please customer, generally speaking, and I figure I'm usually in for a rough ride with service calls. Tim and Precision exceeded my expectations by a mile, though. Thanks!
