I had contacted another company and they never showed up for the appointment! They didn't even call to say they couldn't make it....but the Precision technician called before coming, he did only what was necessary and didn't recommend a bunch of repairs I didn't need. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I don't do reviews often but this company's service is outstanding!

Tim (I don't know the last name)gave excellent service! He was kind, knowledgeable, reviewed what he was doing with me before he did it, was respectful of me and my property and went above beyond. The time given to me was same day between 4 and 6 PM and he called at 2:30 PM and ask if he could come over now. I would call again for service and request Tim as his service was second to none.

Would that all service projects were handled as professionally as this. Original call on a saturday morning was handled quickly and appointment was set. Technician happily arrived a little early, reviewed the problem and potential solutions with me. Once the agreement was reached he proceeded quietly and professionally to complete the work. I was very pleased with the work performed by your technicians George Rosso and Tim Kronenberger. Both men were very courteous and explained what they were doing throughout their visits. George diagnosed the problem as a weak spring and replaced several parts. This did not solve the problem and Tim returned the next day and replaced a control panel in the opener. Your appointment staff were very good in arranging appointments for both technicians. The door has worked well since the repairs were made. Thank you.

Dear Dan , was totally satisfied with repair of my garage door spring especially since it was on a Sunday. Repairman was even early and called beforehand to verify that it was ok to come early. He pointed out that due to the size (double) of the door that it should have had 2 springs in place, not just one, which made sense to me. He also made suggestions for the future as far as maintenance and corrected some things that I would not have been aware of.Sincerely, Susan P.
