Another company I called that stated they had 24/7 service, didn't answer the phone. Along with replacing the broken spring, Chris also replaced the cables and 'wheels', maybe they are the 'rollers', anyway, I am very happy with the experience I've had with Precision Door Service and would recommend them to others.

The young man who came to our house repaired both of our remote openers in a few minutes - made sure they were working - and asked if there was anything else we needed done at that time.
