He explained the various parts of the door, and have me a timeframe for how long each part typically needs to be replaced. He also provided me with estimates for replacing door parts should I decide to do that. I am very happy to know that I can trust Precision Garage Door when I need service or repairs on my door.

I called Precision because they installed my garage door and opener many years ago, and I was very pleased with the speedy service. My garage door and opener has a lifetime written warranty, so when the opener died a few years ago, I called them again. The work was done the same day that I called. Very satisfied....when my keypad failed recently, I called again, they had someone out the next day. The keypad was replaced, and I purchased two new remotes; again the work was finished in a timely manner, the price was the same as what I was quoted on the phone. The technician did a great job, was friendly, and knew what he was doing. Would call again when needed. I refer my friends when they have issues with their garage doors. My neighbor just called to get a new garage door and opener installed...she also was happy with their service.

He took the time to explain everything he was doing to first my wife, and then after I got home, he repeated it all for my ears. He was personable and friendly. He replaced the old mechanism, replaced parts, and added an outside keypad. I am very pleased with the new part, which gave an easy and quiet movement of the garage door.
