Called Precision at 10:30 am on Saturday because I noticed 1 side of my garage door was not closing, leaving about a 1” space from door bottom to floor. Precision was here by 2:30. Technician, Chuck said it might be a frayed cable and after inspection the cable was definitely frayed and could have broken at any time. He replaced both cables and the door was perfect again. It only took him 1/2 hour to do the repair.

My garage door opener stopped working. My technician Damon arrived on time, explained my options as to whether to fix or replace the opener. Because of the age of the opener I chose to replace it.
