My experience with precision was A-1. As this was my first time I did not know what to expect. However your tech George Ramey was excellent, a gentleman and very professional and knew his work, He was courteous and explained every facet of the system. You are fortunate to employ such good people.

Randy was AMAZING! One of the large springs broke and Precision sent Randy out the next day. Randy knew that the previous company used inferior parts for the 2016 installation of our door was one of the problems. Randy gave us the exact amount that we would pay for the repair and service. He estimated 1.5 hours and it took exactly that long. Randy was an expert, professional, polite, and just plain cool. Randy even showed us the manual, explaining how to use our phones to open the garage door. The parts are warrantied for life and we are thrilled with Precision Garage Door Service! Precision followed up to make sure that we were satisfied, and I told them that I had already called in to compliment Randy's fine work and professionalism. Precision deserves all 5 stars and then some! Thank you again!

Precision came highly recommended when I researched getting new garage doors. Bill the sales rep came out looked things over and came up with a price which was better than the competitors. Justin came and did the install of the 2 garage doors and openers. Very friendly, polite and yet professional at the same time. He was done so quickly I could hardly believe my eyes plus it was over 90 degrees that day. I highly recommend Precision and that is not something I say about other companies.

Was extremely pleased with the representation of the company. Everything about them was professional. I liked the fact that they had 24/7 operations. I called at 11 pm and received an appointment for the next afternoon. The spring on my garage door broke and I was unable to open it to get the car out. I was impressed with several items about the company. 1. Was notified by phone and also message about who would be arriving to look at my door. This message also included a pitcher of the technician and a brief bio about her. 2. Cori was my technician and arrived on time. She presented a very professional appearance and attitude. She explained all of the possible options that was available. She was able to temporary open the door so that I could get the car out. 3. We ordered a new door (Old one was over 40 years old). I will leave a new review after installation describing that. 4. The company reached out to keep us informed about every step involved. Would HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door repair to everyone. If the installation is only a portion as good as the initial service I will be very happy

The service technician was very professional, polite, and was very familiar with my specific garage door opener which was installed by Precision several years ago. The problem I had was with the lighting, and he was able to fix the problem on the spot. And probably best of all, the repair was still under warranty. Precision garage door openers are by far exceptional compared to the others that I had installed in the past. I'd recommend Precision to anyone.
