Roller cable snapped and could not open door manually to drive vehicle out of garage. Called Precision and they sent technician Randy Swann down the next day and he assessed the damage, gave me a quote and began repairing what was needed. Randy was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was courteous and very efficient. I highly recommend Randy to anyone that needs repair service. Very happy with the entire experience from Precision!

Had an issue with the door not being able to raise. Called Precision and they had a tech out that day. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and made sure the door was operating perfectly before leaving. I am aware this is what should be expected however, Ive found that customer service is not what it once was. It was refreshing to have this experience.

Very professional and polite. Did a great job and explained what the problem was and how to solve it if happens again. Also detailed all the check points she was making. I did have a concern about the extra $20.00 for the energy surcharge which was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment. I was told the cost would be $65.00 plus any parts needed. In fact the cost was $85.00. I would suggest you inform your customers of this before hand.

We were trapped without use of our cars, as the spring broke on our garage door. Couldn't even disengage it and manually lift the door. Precision was out the same day to repair the spring and free our vehicles. Randy Swann was courteous, friendly, and efficient. This is the 3rd time we have called Precision for 2 different houses, and we have always been pleased with the service.
