Precision Garage Door Service offered a lifetime warranty when we purchased our garage door approximately ten years ago and they have lived up to their promise. Their service technicians are professional, prompt, and well trained. Aside from paying for the service call, we have never paid anything for any repair that has been required. Even throughout Covid, when many companies have struggled to maintain the same level of service prior to Covid, we have not seen any disruption to Precision's service department. I had made an appointment with Precision on 7/22 for service on my Keyless unit which was not working. George Ramey contacted me twice in the am to advise me when he would arrive. He was so professional and friendly and quickly determined that unit had corroded battery terminal. I approved the new unit to be installed. He quickly replaced the unit and did a safety check on my garage door, cables and door opener.
