Dan, We suffered all winter with are door not shutting right. We saw coupon in the clipper and phoned for a estimate. George promptly came on tues and brought some sunshine. George was professional and didnt pressure us. In a few hours he had our door and new opener working beautiful, cant tell you how happy and pleased we were with the job and spotless clean up. After being told by a competitor company that I have have done business with for years that it would be 5 days until they could service my inoperable garage door, Precision came to replace the old Liftmaster opener with a new Liftmaster. Dave, the Precision technician, arrived just 4 hours after my initial call and was a very efficient, friendly with good customer service skills. Precision is now my garage door service company!

Precision Door was incredible to work with. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. In typical Pittsburgh fashion, we received heavy snowfall and the roads weren’t great. The service technician called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were on a delay and gave me an updated window. The communication was fantastic. I received a text with my technician’s photo and a brief bio - loved that!! The technician arrived within the window, was very professional and quickly repaired my opener. He followed CDC guidance and took all appropriate COVID measures. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.

I rate Precision Garage Door Service with a 5-Star rating! This morning as I was leaving out of my garage at 6:00 a.m. my garage door would not close after I pulled out of my garage. I then found myself searching for the key to my backyard lock so I could go through my backyard into my garage and manually close the garage door all the time looking out for coyotes, foxes, raccoons and skunks in the dark. When I got back home I started searching for professional companies; as I have had countless repairmen come to my home in the 14 years since I brought my home for quick fixes and paint jobs for my garage that I found on other sites trying to save some money. I knew this morning that I needed a professional as I do not want the garage door to slam down on my car while entering or exiting. Long story short I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and the Technician who came to my home at the exact time that I had selected. Damon, was professional, efficient and very helpful. My intention was to purchase a garage door after I pay my home off in a few years; but I was so impressed with the quality and work ethic of this young Technician, that I have decided that I’m going to have Precision Garage Door Service come back out this summer and install a new garage door and garage door opener. As I stated earlier, I give them a 5-star rating!

When Precision Garage Door Service says, "Same Day Service", they mean it! I called for service on my 30+ year old garage door at 1:22 pm. They scheduled me for the 4:00 - 6:00 pm time slot the same day. I received a text confirming the appointment. The service technician (Mike C.) called to report that he was on his way and would arrive by 3:30 pm. He was COVID-conscious and the whole process was touch-free. I fully expected a high-pressure sales pitch for a replacement motor/door. It never came. Mike quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired the garage door with the parts he had on his truck. He waived the the $65 Technician Service Fee because my repairs exceeded $100. The door was repaired by 5:30 pm. If you need your garage door repaired TODAY, call Precision Garage Door Service. Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price.
