I called and explained the problem I was having. The Agent scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician identified the problem and provided a solution. Making sure to answer any questions and encouraging any questions. I agreed to install a new garage door opener. The Installer was on time, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and answered all questions. Overall excellent service and experience.

Precision operates a business the right way! It was great service from beginning to end. The operator who took my call was friendly, efficient, and got me on the schedule in just a couple of days. The technicians Timothy and his apprentice Brian are some good guys. They were on time and did a terrific job in about 30 minutes. The military discount was nice too in a world of rising prices.

Had an emergency lock installed on my garage door. After it was installed the service technician took the time to show me how to use the key to open the door as well as let me try it myself so that I knew how to do it. He was very helpful and also gave me some tips on how to keep my garage door in good shape. Now I can open the door if the power goes out.

The only way into our garage was through a small horizontal window in the back. But serviceman Tim handled it with no problem! He called before he arrived, after conducting his assessment, and again after he was finished. He explained our options and replaced the opener, spings, cables, etc. in less than two hours. As a parent of a very ill child, having a company that was willing to do this contactless during the pandemic without any complaints or belittling our concerns was wonderful. THANK YOU!!!

There are two things I especially like about Precision. First, they stand behind their products and their warranties. Secondly, they send me a picture of the technician who is coming.
