Our garage door opener chain broke on a Saturday afternoon. We called Precision Sunday, because we have used them in the past for a garage spring repair. The customer service we received on the phone was excellent and an appointment was set for Monday. Conner, the technician, arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional, explained everything before the service was done and when he was finished he made sure we understood everything. The service we received, as in the past, could not have been better. We were very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend this company.

The spring broke on my door in the evening, called Precision and they got me an appointment the next day in the am. Chuck Phillips arrived at the earliest time frame given. He inspected the door and did not try to push me into anything that was not needed. He answered all my questions and was very professional. He also knew that my rollers were bad and needed replaced. I know this was not something he was just trying to up sale, because he asked me if the door sounded like a roller coaster clicking and it was. The door is very quiet now. Was very happy with the service and would recommend and use again.

I arrived home on Monday night after work and my garage door would not open. I found that the spring and cable had come undone and the door was inoperable. I called Precision on Tuesday morning 9am and they had someone at my house by 2pm. Damon Burke was my technician. He was very professional explained the issue and the cost and then fixed it within an hour. Thank you for the great service!

Precision replaced my rollers and springs in Sept. 2021 and did an excellent job! My garage door opener stopped working a couple days ago so I scheduled a service call for today. Conner Scott was my technician and I could not have been in better hands! First he tried to fix the problem with a few adjustments and save me some money but unfortunately it was a no go. The opener was 25 yrs. old and had seen better days. Conner quickly quoted me a price for a new opener. I gave him the go ahead and in 30 minutes my new opener with new sensors was up and running! Conner was very courteous and knowledgeable as well as efficient! I could not have been more pleased with his work! Thank you Precision Door and most of all thank you Conner Scott!

The installer Kasey was very nice and efficient. However leading up to his arrival was not a good experience from what I thought was a reputable company. My initial email said he would arrive between 9 and 11 am. 11 rolled around and nothing. Called the #given and pretty much got a run around. Waited 1 more hour and called again with the same results. I would of thought customer service should of been alot better. I understand things happen but I feel I should of been notified about any changes and not have a snooty person on the other end give me no answers.
Eloisa, we do apologize for the confusion with your installation arrival time. That morning, we unexpectedly had one of our Installers call out for the day. We did our best to try to rearrange the schedule so that we did not have to cancel your installation and reschedule it to a different day. We are sorry that we did not make you aware of the change to your arrival time, as that was an error on our part that was overlooked with the confusion and urgency of trying to make several schedule changes. We do apologize and we are glad to hear that your door was able to be installed on the day it was scheduled. We hope you enjoy your new door for many years to come.
