We absolutely love our garage doors. Whenever someone asks about new garage doors we always recommend Precision. Cori recently came out because we were having an issue with our opener. She explained what the issue was and showed me how I could fix it should the issue ever happen again. Very happy with the product and more importantly the service we've received from Precision.

I have always used the services of Precision and have usually been satisfied with not only the service but the employees..However I cannot comment on services because nothing has been done. Chuck looked at the door and said he had to get material from the warehouse…I have not heard anything. I am waiting for a repair date since 12/31/22…

I called the number on the sticker inside my door. I could not go anywhere until the door was serviced, car stuck in garage. Precision came within 24 hours, and did not try to sell me anything else, just repaired the broken parts. He also said he was doing a safety check. He said everything else was fine.

I called Precision last night when I discovered springs had broken. I was able to get an appointment for today between 10-12. George called and texted that he was on his way and would be here in 35 minutes. Just about to the minute, he was here, assessed the situation and repaired the springs. George was very courteous and explained what he had done afterwards and even looked back in his records to refresh my memory as to dates of opener installation, etc. Good job George! And, Precision.

The technician, Chuck Phillips, was able to let me know what was wrong and gave me several options. I chose replacement of all needed parts along with a lifetime warranty.
