I chose your co. because I had used you in the past with great results. On 6/15/23 I had a situation with 2 damaged bottom sections on my 9’ garage door which rendered it inoperable. I called your co. and was given an appointment for the the very next day (6/16). the tech whose name was Damon arrived early and was able to at least secure the door in the down position. He informed me that the 2 bottom sections would need ordered and the lead time was hard to pinpoint. However, he called back the same day and informed me that he was able to locate the needed parts and would be out the next day 6/17 to complete the job. He arrived early and had the doors fully operational in a short time. I really can’t say enough good things about Damon. He was knowledgeable, personable & professional. He deserves 5 stars for his work ethic along with all mentioned above. Thanks Damon & thanks to your co. Another job well done & another well satisfied customer.

To Whom it may concern, I have no way of contacting my salesmen, Michael Cercone, to discuss his quote, questions concerning what I have chosen, and does he carry any door samples in his car that could give me an idea of the garage door texture? I made the mistake of driving from Cranberry to the Imperial facility on Saturday morning thinking it was open. I had discussed this with Michael when he told me that I could see most doors at the facility. I asked about Saturday hours, and he said that would be fine. He gave me a business card but there is no direct contact number on the card for himself, which I find rather interesting. I contacted Precision Doors because my neighbor was pleased with your work. I need some assistance in this matter, or I will shop elsewhere. Garage door wouldn't close or open using electronic opener. Tech came and diagnosed in about 20 seconds....when I had swept out the garage, a wire to the safety "eye" got disconnected. He reconnected and re-taped the wires. Though I made fun of myself for such an error, he was kind enough not to agree with me. In all, tech was pleasant and solved the problem in 15 minutes max.
