Damon Burke came and worked on my Garage door which the cable was broken and some of the panels where Bent and the door would open all the way up, but would not close all the way down at all. Damon worked Hard and did an Excellent Job and actually got my Garage door to work now, Thank God !!!!! He was a Super Nice Man and took his time and cared about what he was doing !! I was having trouble with my garage door going down. Nothing was blocking it. I mentioned it to a friend & she recommended Precision. Couldn't have been give a better recommendation. They were very professional on the phone & the gentleman who came was the same. It turned out that I needed new sensors. He replaced them & did check the who garage door itself. Also recommended that I keep springs, rollers etc greased occasionally. I would recommend them to anyone & I give them 5 Stars

Their service employee, George, was knowledgable, professional, patient, and and incredibly competent. He knew his product "inside and out". We asked so many questions and he had all the answers. The representative who came to my house was Cori Merkel. She was driving a marked vehicle, wearing a company uniform, I.D., etc. COVID measures were in effect. I could tell she was very knowledgeable regarding garage doors/openers and would be able to help with an old malfunctioning garage door on a 1950 house that I had just purchased the prior week. I signed an agreement for both a garage door and opener. I felt the pricing was very good and in the ballpark of what I expected. Now I can’t wait to get many years of use & see the difference the new door will make in the appearance of this house! Cori is a “people person”and definitely an asset to this company!

I was worried about the cost to repair/replace my garage door opener. It was a very old unit with a very old garage door. Brian was my tech and he did a fantastic job accessing what he had to deal with and provided 3 suggestions on how to replace my unit. I appreciated that he was honest and didn’t push me in a direction I wasn’t comfortable with. He arrived on time and completed the work within the timeframe he quoted. I am very pleased with my new opener and would recommend precision and Brian to all me friends and family.

Tim was very thorough in determining that the sensors were out of alignment and suggested that replacing the rollers would be beneficial. The door is much more quiet when operated and don't hit the sensors anymore. I am very pleased with the work done and will recommend your company. I am considering further work being done.
