I chose Precision Garage Door due to their high ratings for customer service, professionalism, quality of products they install as well as the knowledgeable technicians who represent this company. To date, Precision has very much lived up to the many positive ratings available to all on the world-wide web. I haven't had any issues with the door initially purchased; I upgraded per my preference and only placed one service call to replace the bottom seal, which scheduling the appointment was very easy, I actually called on a Saturday late day (fully expecting to have to await a call back by someone overseas), and to my surprise, I was connected to a live person (in the USA) who correctly documented the reason for my outreach and she was able to schedule the requested service with the same technician Timothy "K." who originally installed and upgraded my garage door. Timothy was a little bit early, which was great, I received a text and e-mail message advising that he was on his way which also provided an estimated arrival time - he was here right at the identified time. I am most satisfied with Precision Garage Door, and I highly recommend this company to all looking for a reputable, customer-focused organization. Thank you.

My service technician today was George Ramey. I reviewed the issue with my garage door with him when he arrived- it’s age, past service / maintenance, and options for repair or replacement. George performed an inspection of the door and provided his assessment and recommendations. I asked about the option of replacing the door and George described options and costs for replacement. Based on the info provided, I decided to replace the broken spring and replace the cables which were becoming worn vs replacing the door. George was efficient and competently repaired the door to working condition while keeping me informed on his progress. I was impressed with his knowledge, skills and customer focus- thanks George! Overall, Precision Garage Door handled my issue efficiently, kept me informed on scheduling, and executed their service seamlessly- really nice job.

Arrived on time Friendly Told me what we needed but he only had a part so had to leave for an hour to go and get the part. Came back replaced it and fixed a few other things with the door! We will definitely call Precision Garage Doors when we need help again!

I had a cable snap on my garage door. I called Precision that same day. Customer service was fantastic. They sent a technician out within a couple of hours. Conner Scott was a rock star. He inspected both garage doors, fixed the broken cable and replaced both springs. He had the problem fixed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. My neighbor recommend them and now I'll recommend them as well.

I have had this company service my garage doors several times over the past few years and was always satisfied. So when my garage door was damaged recently I called them to replace the bottom two panels on an older garage door and made an appointment for the evaluation. The guy came at the wrong time. I planned on being home but he came two hours early. Then he said on the phone that he can’t fix it. Had a salesman call who didn’t even know what was going on and said I should just get a new door. I had high hopes they could help me but I guess I just can’t afford them any longer.
