We had a failing garage door spring and contacted Precision online on a Sunday to hopefully schedule a service call later that week. To my surprise, they called back that day and we got scheduled. We had George Ramey come out to check the spring and he ended up replacing two springs in well under an hour. He was informative and friendly, and performed the repairs in a quick and professional manner. Our first experience with this company was a pleasure and they will be our go-to for future needs.

I am very please with the work Tim did on the garage door. He inspected all the springs and other item and answered all my questions on what was needed he went right to work. I was concerned as the sky had turned very dark and looked as if we were going to get major lighting, thunder and rain. I told Tim that the storm came, I wanted him to get in the garage, close the door and come upstairs till the storm passed. He finished the job before and then went over the work. It all looked great! Tim was a delight and knew his business. I am saving for a new door and I hope Tim does it when the time comes. Good man. Hard worker. Give this man a raise! Thank you.

I called and explained the problem I was having. The Agent scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician identified the problem and provided a solution. Making sure to answer any questions and encouraging any questions. I agreed to install a new garage door opener. Had an emergency lock installed on my garage door. After it was installed the service technician took the time to show me how to use the key to open the door as well as let me try it myself so that I knew how to do it. He was very helpful and also gave me some tips on how to keep my garage door in good shape. Now I can open the door if the power goes out.

Had an emergency with garage door and could not get me wife car out.. looked online and saw Precision's web site which looked very professional compared to others.... Took a chance an called them.. to my benefit it was the right call... They advertise what they do and how they charge and I did not feel taken advantage of because I had an emergency. The rep text me when he was on his way with his profile picture name and some accomplishments... He showed up aligned with the ETA provided and did an amazing job.. Patrick you are to be commended as a nice guy a husband father and a man that served our country.... I would have him back anytime... Nice job Percision hiring Patrick and him doing a very nice job.
