We’ve used Precision at least twice before and have always been very impressed with the quality of service and the employees. It’s also great to get an email and text before the employee arrives with time expected and their picture. We called and Brian arrived in less than 4 hours! He didn’t take long and explained what he had done. He was very polite.

Damon was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. His customer service was fantastic, and is a tremendous asset to Precision Door Company. Precision installed our garage doors so we always call Precision. Our keypad needed reprogrammed. In addition we purchased four key fob openers that needed programmed with both doors. Joey was our technician and gave us exceptional service. He answered every question I had and showed me where the buttons on my liftmaster were located. He was pleasant and professional and highly knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and would request him to do any work I need in the future. He represents Precision well.

I called the 800 pho number on your site early Saturday afternoon; the phone was rep Latoya was professional & efficient. She stated a rep (Conner) was available in about 2-hours. Conner called me immediately and arrived in 10 mins. An hour later we had a new garage door opener and accessories! Conner was friendly, professional & efficient. Great job by the Precision team.
