The car remote stopped working. The pad near the garage was a maybe if you hit the code just. With winter coming I really needed the remote. Getting in and out of the car in rain or snow to get the garage was a problem. I had Precision Door Service before and they )Timothy Kronenberger did a fantastic job. So I asked for Tim again. And he came. Fixed the remote and the pad on the garage. He then did over all check up on the springs he had repaired in 2022. Once he was finished, he declared I was winter ready. You can be sure that I will call Precision Door Service for new doors when I am ready to replace them. A very friendly company. Thank you.

He determined that the motor to lift and lower the door was faulty and had all the parts available in his van to replace it immediately. Very positive experience for first time customer! Appointment scheduling was easy with short lead time (1 day). Info about appointment and technician was well communicated via text msg. Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, and communicated well. He assessed the problem, provided options, and did not pressure sell. He was able to repair a 20+ year-old garage door opener (which really surprised me) and had it fixed in less than an hour. No hassle credit card payment with email receipt. Would use this company again myself and will recommend to others.
