Originally thought we were going to need a new garage door but George was able to quickly and efficiently make repairs to the broken door and it is working almost like new thus eliminating the need to order a new door today. While we did not end up needing additional services through Precision, he helped lead me in the direction of contacting the builder and the original installer. This has been the best experience I have had dealing with a company for repairs. The people I had contact with from start to finish made it a pleasure. Especially Damon Burke the repair technician who came out to check and make the same day repairs for my really old wooden garage door by replacing all of the hardware. Now my door opens easily and safely. Damon was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and was willing to take the time to make sure to explain everything involved and about the warranty. He made sure that I was happy with the replacement and repairs before leaving. He is a treasurer for your company. Love the way your company handles making the appointment, the txts and emails but especially txting the picture and info about the person you are sending to my house, the confirmations and up to date arrival times. I definitely will be referring you to everyone. Thank you.

Our comments are: we have seen your trucks in our area where we live and thought that we would give you a try and here goes, Your Technician, Damon Burke arrived on time and I have to be honest with you, we have called other places when we needed repairs in our home but when Damon came he identified himself to us(not like some fellows that don't even give their name) and he is by far one of the best service technicians that we have had--he was very polite and explained to us what he had to do and worked promptly--I would definitely call your company again and recommend your company to my neighbors if they ever had a Garage Door problem.

I was impressed with my ability to get a service person on the same day as my call. Equally impressive was the courtesy and knowledge of my technician. Cori arrived quickly and got right to work on inspecting my door and making recommendations for routine owner maintenance. She instructed me on the right kind of lubricant that I need to use on my door. She remained with me until she was sure that I understood the issue with the door. Cori did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to work with her again! Simple lubrication did the trick.

George arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of the door and opener, which were about 30 years old. He made several recommendations and did a wonderful job explaining our options, including replacing the door and opener. We look forward to receiving the estimate. Excellent overall job!
