I had a new LiftMaster Opener installed. Marcus was the installer. He arrived promptly and answered my many questions about what equipment would be installed. He wore a mask, as I did, and maintained social distance. He was thorough, polite, very knowledgeable and patient. When the work had been completed he explained all the features included with the installation. He assisted me to set my code for the Wireless Keyless Entry and tested and retested to make certain I felt comfortable with the new system. He also explained the door control. He explained that maintenance was important and to call if I was experiencing any problems with the system. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Marcus as a technician.

Only giving 5 stars because there aren't more to choose! This company provides outstanding service!! Technicians Cori and Marcus are wonderful.. very professional, very thorough with excellent explanations, when they were here to fix problems we were having with our existing 10 year old garage doors. A week later, when we called about another problem we were having, an appointment was set up for the same day. Communication as to who is coming to the job, and notification when they are on the way is very good. Another thing that really impressed us : at no time was there any pressure to replace the garage doors. We highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Randy was AMAZING! One of the large springs broke and Precision sent Randy out the next day. Randy knew that the previous company used inferior parts for the 2016 installation of our door was one of the problems. Randy gave us the exact amount that we would pay for the repair and service. He estimated 1.5 hours and it took exactly that long. Randy was an expert, professional, polite, and just plain cool. Randy even showed us the manual, explaining how to use our phones to open the garage door. The parts are warrantied for life and we are thrilled with Precision Garage Door Service! Precision followed up to make sure that we were satisfied, and I told them that I had already called in to compliment Randy's fine work and professionalism.
