They came out the same day and fix the garage opener. Ben was friendly and courteous. He was honest about what he thought was wrong and let me know he might have to make a couple calls. He had it fixed within 20 minutes. Would recommend their service.

Hi Dan, Before the service, I read the web site. This erased any fears or apprehensions I might have had. I liked the idea of a coupon for the spring work repair. I immediately made a copy with my printer. Every aspect of a perfect repair(timely.efficient.mannerly)was evident. Unfortunately, being excited about this excellent experience made me forget about the coupon to be presented. I am rating the experience as a 5+. We chose Precision again because of the excellent service that we received when the garage door on the other side broke. We have not had any problems with that garage door since Precision overhauled it 8 years ago. Again the service on this garage door was excellent again. They were able to have someone come out within a couple of hours both times - now both garage doors on each side are very quiet and smooth. Excellent service.
