The Invoice comes quickly and is professional and uncomplicated. Precision personnel are experts in their trade and exemplary in providing remarkable customer service.

In the last week, our Genie door opener would only work occasionally. It quit working the morning of April 25th. My husband called Precision- and they were out to our home in 2 hours! We now have a quality Liftmaster that is so quiet and has great features. I really thought our technician, Randy Swann, was so knowledgeable in presenting the options of openers, excellent at the service he provided, and yet a very friendly gentleman! I found this company while searching for someone to repair a busted spring. I already had one company in mind that I used previously with good results but I wanted a comparison on the price. The quoted rate was better than what I had in hand due to a current discount. I was able to get same day service spring replacement at a reasonable price. The contact and service were 5 star all the way. I was updated with multiple emails and phone calls. At the end of the service i was able to pay with no contact (pandemic) required. I thought the last company I used was great. I was wrong, they were good, Precision is what great looks like.

Our garage door would no longer open or close the unit would just make a humming noise. Marcus Martin was our Technician and he knew immediately that our unit was old and very outdated and that the motor was shot he also spotted that the hardware and springs were not up to code since it was such and old unit. He gave me all the details about what needed replaced and costs on the spot. It was nice that he had everything that he needed with him in the van and shortly after I have a brand new garage door system. I am very pleased with the work and will recommend Marcus and the Precision Garage door team anytime someone needs service.

Cori did a great job repairing our broken spring and adjusting the door! We had everything replaced in 2006 and bought a lifetime warranty on everything. They still honored our warranty. It was well worth buying the warranty! Did Betty: pay a cent this time! Very happy with our service even with the coronavirus. I had a spring break under warranty. I called at about 10pm on Tuesday. The tech, John, was on site at 8:30am on Wednesday. The garage door was fixed by 9:20am. I couldn't ask for a more proficient and speedy company to deal with.

I was able to schedule an appointment for a very convenient time for me and John, the service technician, showed up promptly. He thoroughly explained what my repair would require and the options available, gave me an accurate estimate of the time involved to complete the work and provided me with details of all costs that would be incurred. The work was done neatly, in the estimated time and to my satisfaction. John was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. My service included replacement of springs, cables, pulleys, rollers and a nearly 30 year old door opener. All in all, it was a great job at a competitive price!

We called Precision Door because we had used them before and our car was stuck in the garage. We called about 12 o'clock and they were here within 2 hours. The Tech recognized our problem right away---broken spring--and corrected it immediately. Her name was Kori and she did an excellent job
