My neighbor referred me to Precision this week when my garage door opener broke. They gave me two options repair or replace. I chose to replace as mine was so old it did not have a battery backup. Keith was my installer and he was professional and kind. I would absolutely call these guys again. They tell you what their going to do, they do it and let you get back to your life.

The garage door spring broke on the evening, I called in the morning to schedule a service visit. The technician arrived on time and he changed the broken torsion spring in less than one hour. I Have my garage door working again. Very satisfied with the service.

George Rosso, Precision Technician, has been providing garage door service for several years and this time for a panel replacement when my wife left the garage about 2seconds too early and struck the bottom panel. The entire scope of Precision is "second to none!" The quality, expertise and customer service is exceptional. George is very professional and an excellent ambassador for Precision. As far as I know according to my mother the work was great. The only comment I have is the door was for my mother and I was out of town - and Justin locked the door and did not explain how to unlock it. She now has to wait till I get home to unlock the door. She is elderly and can not figure it out on her own

Very fast reaction to my suppport call. The technician was very professional and courteous. He made sure everything worked. While he was here, I told him about the poor quality of the outside keypad cover which was installed 2 years ago. He offered me a good deal on a more elaborate keypad which solved the issue. I'm very pleased with the professionalism of Precision. Keep up the good work!

Found Precision in our Valpak coupons when our garage door broke. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem. Since our doors were the original we decided to replace the doors instead of replacing the spring. They quoted a price and a time frame when the doors could be installed. The technician who installed our doors did a great job,everything worked well. With the new doors the garage is warmer and the doors are much quieter. Would highly recommend Precision.
