My garage door spring had broken, and the gentleman who I usually call was unavailable for several days, so I googled garage door repair, and Precision was the first site that came up. I saw that the reviews were good, and that the chance for same day service was a possibility. I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours.... everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional, and the work that was completed was done well and in a timely manner! I will call Precision when needed in the future!

Our garage door spring failed at a most inopportune time early Sunday morning. I was surprised and relieved to see Precision Door Service offered Sunday service. Kasey Teysser succinctly explained a good, better best scenario regarding my options to repair the garage door. Kasey worked judiciously and professionally to complete the repairs. I have no problem recommending Precision or using Precision if the need arises for our other garage door. After the work was completed I discovered a discount coupon on the Precision web site. I called to see if Precision would honor the coupon after I had already made payment. I am to expect a call from a manager on Monday morning to see if the coupon and credit will be applied. Stay tuned to see if the credit is applicable.

Called for service at 8:30 am and repairs were complete by 11:30 am. Aaron arrived and immediately recognized that the sensors which detect objects preventing door closure were experiencing an electric shorting problem. Sensors were immediately replaced for a very fair price and system is now working properly.

With no reservation at all, Precision gets my 5 Star rating. Customer service reps who respond to a service call request are courteous and schedule prompt onsite service. Technicians consistently call when they're on the way, arrive within the designated time provided by the customer service reps, and have all the parts they need to fix the problem inside the van. They fix the problem the first time every time and make appropriate recommendations for future preventive maintenance. Precision is our preferred service provider.
