Precision put in my new garage door opener in 2019 after I had trouble with Accurate. This was a routine check that I normally did with my old door opener. I was told today this needs to be done every 2 yrs unless I hear something does not sound quite right as my system is new. Your men did a routine adjustment & were very courteous & efficient. My opener was installed by Randy Swann in 2019 that was a class act. I will continue to use your company going forward. 5 stars. Excellent!

If you are looking for an experienced garage technician and a company that cares about safety, expertise and knowledge of the business, then seek out Precision Door and Cory Jo Merkel. Cory's knowledge of every aspect of garage repair that includes openers, technology and every roller, spring or safety checklist amazed me how she could make a difficult situation a positive completion of the project, which was installing a new garage door opener. Cory has the knowledge to supersede the problem, a too short extension cord and the possibility of hiring an electrician, which would cost extra money. it didn't surprise me that Cory had an answer to the problem, an 8 foot rail to ensure a perfect connection to connect everything needed to make the opener a successful job. Cory took the time to explain every detail from remote to setting up all the necessary details for a safe and less stressful experience , the customer. For me, it was like a magic act when Cory would go into her work bag and find ways to fix any problems that seemed to hinder the work process for a complete installation. There is no doubt, and from previous experience with Precision Garage Door, that an emergency or repair service will go for Corry, who I trust to tackle any future appointments. Cory is at the highest level of professionalism from the very beginning to a successful end product.

We used Precision when we had an emergency and needed our garage door springs replaced. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I had a new LiftMaster Opener installed. Marcus was the installer. He arrived promptly and answered my many questions about what equipment would be installed. He wore a mask, as I did, and maintained social distance. He was thorough, polite, very knowledgeable and patient. When the work had been completed he explained all the features included with the installation. He assisted me to set my code for the Wireless Keyless Entry and tested and retested to make certain I felt comfortable with the new system. He also explained the door control. He explained that maintenance was important and to call if I was experiencing any problems with the system. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Marcus as a technician.

Only giving 5 stars because there aren't more to choose! This company provides outstanding service!! Technicians Cori and Marcus are wonderful.. very professional, very thorough with excellent explanations, when they were here to fix problems we were having with our existing 10 year old garage doors. A week later, when we called about another problem we were having, an appointment was set up for the same day. Communication as to who is coming to the job, and notification when they are on the way is very good. Another thing that really impressed us : at no time was there any pressure to replace the garage doors. We highly recommend Precision Door Service!
