My door spring broke on Labor Day and I took a chance to call to arrange a repair expecting to get a recording. Instead my call was answered by a pleasant woman who arranged for a tech to make repairs the following day I appreciated her working on a holiday with and setting up my repair. The repairman was friendly as well as on time and made repairs quickly as well a identifying worn rollers and suggesting they be replaced. I was well satisfied with everyone throughout this experience.

Very happy with this company. Garage door spring broke on Labor day Saturday, so door wouldn't open. Precision came out and fixed problem on Sunday afternoon without charging high weekend/holiday surcharges. People at Precision kept me in constant contact keeping me updated on the project status, George Ramsey was my tech. We were very disappointed our door is lees then 5 yrs old and a spring broke asked the tech about warranty because we bought door there and you installed it and he said we can’t Guarantee the door manufacturers product even though you sell them not fair!!!
