The technicians were friendly, professional & thorough. They were actually early and gave me the 30 minute heads up call I had requested. We were having problems with our garage door opener and had bought a new one but found we needed help with the installation. I called in the morning and they gave me a same day appointment. When they were done they went over everything and made sure I was happy (which I was) I would highly recommend this company. 5 Big Ole Stars!!!!!

The technician, Cori, called in advance to let me know she was leaving. Once at my house, she was professional and friendly. Cori explained what she was going to do, and once she was done, she explained what she had done. Also, the Precision app showed a picture of the technician and allowed me to track her as she traveled to my house. Overall, this was a positive experience.

We heard a loud bang when closing our 16' garage door. We then called Precision because we had used them in the past to replace the springs. They were here within 24 hours even though we explained it was not an emergency. Precision confirmed the appointment electronically three times, then once again when I got a text message when they were on their way. Cori Merkel was quick to diagnose the problem, two broken and one cracked hinge. She provided an estimate and commenced to replace three hinges and installed a brace on the lower panel. Entire experience was only 90 minutes. All 5+ star.
