Called for a service on Saturday thinking it would be scheduled the upcoming week. Thoroughly surprised and pleased when appointment was scheduled on Sunday. Super Bowl Sunday none the less. Carlo called prior to arrival and pulled in when he said he would. Carlo was very pleasant and professional diagnosing the problem within minutes. Explained the repairs and was done within 40 minutes. Will recommend Precision to others and use them again when needed.

The tech's who have come to provide warranty service (TIM in particular) is outstanding. Service requests are handled quickly, and they arrive on time, and are fast.
