I appreciate that your company worked with me when I was out of town and my son called to tell me our double garage door wouldn't open. This was on a Thursday night and when I called on Friday to get an appointment, one was made for the next day, Saturday. I didn't get back in town until Saturday night, but everything worked out where the technician called me when he was on the way to my house and my son met him there. After diagnosing the problem, Damon called to give me the options to fix it; after fixing it, since I wasn't there to pay him, he emailed me the bill and I mailed the check when I got home. Thank you so much for coming out so quickly and working with me over the phone to get our garage door working!

George the technician was prompt, and showed me exactly what the problem was, and gave me the option of repair or replacement. Because of the age of the unit and previous issues with remotes, I opted for replacement. Unfortunately, George didn't realize that he would need to shorten the track for the replacement unit to fit until he had already removed the old unit, which would cost me an extra $100. He did offer to use the new motor in the old housing at a considerably lower cost, so I will still give 4 stars. Ultimately I chose to pay the additional $100 for the additional labor (at least an hour) and am very happy with the end product!

First time customer - called this afternoon in a pinch (with one of my cars "trapped" in my garage) and within an hour Precision had Damon (Burke) dispatched to my house. A very nice, polite gentleman who had me back in operation in no time with a full warranty on both springs and all new hardware. And the door is substantially quieter. Damon also installed a handle on my door and fixed my outside remote appliance which hasn't worked since the Truman administration! :) Precision has a new customer for life! Thanks folks. Service was exceptional! I called Saturday at 4:00pm and got an appointment for Sunday in the afternoon. Sunday morning the technician called me and said he could be there in the morning. He came and determined the problem. He gave me all the different fixes and the price of each. He had the repair done within an hour and a half.
