David Miller was courteous technically competent and efficient. Gave me his solution pointed out a weakness where we should have had 2 springs for such a large door. Presented the quote and it was fair. ACCEPTED THE WORK AND DAVID FIXED THE DOOR WITH NEW SPRINGS. HE EVEN STRAIGHTENED OUT ONE OF THE GUIDE CHANNELS AND GREASED ALL THE HINGES.BEING HANDYCAPPED I NEEDED ACCESS TO THE GARAGE QUICKLY. DAVID FIXED IT AND I AM SO THOROUGHLY PLEASED. I had contacted another company and they never showed up for the appointment! They didn't even call to say they couldn't make it....but the Precision technician called before coming, he did only what was necessary and didn't recommend a bunch of repairs I didn't need. Tim (I don't know the last name)gave excellent service! He was kind, knowledgeable, reviewed what he was doing with me before he did it, was respectful of me and my property and went above beyond. The time given to me was same day between 4 and 6 PM and he called at 2:30 PM and ask if he could come over now. I would call again for service and request Tim as his service was second to none.
