As far as I know according to my mother the work was great. The only comment I have is the door was for my mother and I was out of town - and Justin locked the door and did not explain how to unlock it. She now has to wait till I get home to unlock the door. She is elderly and can not figure it out on her own

Very fast reaction to my suppport call. The technician was very professional and courteous. He made sure everything worked. While he was here, I told him about the poor quality of the outside keypad cover which was installed 2 years ago. He offered me a good deal on a more elaborate keypad which solved the issue. Found Precision in our Valpak coupons when our garage door broke. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem. Since our doors were the original we decided to replace the doors instead of replacing the spring. They quoted a price and a time frame when the doors could be installed. The technician who installed our doors did a great job,everything worked well. With the new doors the garage is warmer and the doors are much quieter. Would highly recommend Precision.

I called Precision doors on a referral recommendation. So glad I did. My appointment was secured for the day after I called. After my appointment was set, an email was sent confirming my appointment which included an introduction to my technician, George Rosso. George called 1/2 hour before my appointment to confirm. He showed up on time, and was very professional. He did an analysis, made several recommendations and helped me make the right choice. I opted for a new opener as opposed to a service on my old one. George had the job done in a couple of hours, and cleaned the work area once complete. He was greatly! Payment was easy, and I received my receipt in my email inbox immediately. What a great experience! I'll be calling Precision again when my other garage door opener needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!
