Chuck missed the 2 hour window by 40 minutes; I would think with today's technology he could have texted that he would be late. He offered no reason for being late. For me, he appeared to be going through the motions. He did not tell me one thing about the products, but basically told me what I would get based on the ideas I had. He told me nothing about the installation process. He did ask if I had any questions, but he seemed to think I knew enough to know what questions I needed to ask. I had to ask him about the electrical outlet I had and if it would present a problem; when he looked over my situation initially, that was something he did not notice. I had another vendor give me an estimate and he spent time showing me the product, explained what was available based on what I wanted and had some suggestions for the installation process and, he mentioned the possible issue with the outlet. Essentially, I had the distinct impression Chuck was simply going through the motions. I was singularly unimpressed. I do not care if this review is posted as my intent is to give Precision my impression of my experience with Chuck. My experience with the other vendor was exactly the opposite and I expected something similar from Precision.

My garage door was making loud sounds while opening the garage door specially first time of the day. George Ramey was the technician for this visit, Greg was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained to us in detail about the issue, he did explain that our spring might be close to life and may require replacement soon in the near future. I know I will be calling George Ramey whenever it breaks.

Tom was able to arrive a little sooner than originally scheduled, which was great for us! In describing our garage door opener concerns (light bulb flashing off/on & a red light flashing on opposite side of the opener with no beeping or sounds), he readily stated he'd never come across such an issue. He tested the door several times and gave us some suggestions if/when any future problems come up. We very much appreciated Tom's integrity & honesty and we said we certainly will call Precision and request him should need arise. As seniors, we find it refreshing and a relief dealing with a company and employee who are trustworthy and put their customers' satisfaction & well-being as their priorities. We will definitely call them again if/when needed & also recommend to family and friends! Thank you so much, Precision and Tom!

George was top notch when it came to everything around the appointment and the repair. He called to see if I was available for him to come early, and even though I wasn't, he was there as expected during the agreed upon window. I described the problem and he was very thorough to describe the causes and the options for solutions, including the costs before getting started. And he was very efficient in his work with quality at the same time. After he was done, he described everything he did, pointed out every little detail and made sure that I was satisfied before departing. Definitely a pleasure to work with and would call back again in a heartbeat if needed.

This is not the first time I've used Precision, and there's a reason I keep coming back to them. Their online appointment system is easy to use and scheduling is a snap. Their technicians are always friendly and courteous. There is NO high-pressure up-selling. They fix your problem, do what they need to do, and charge a reasonable price. If you want to talk to them about upgrades or other products, they will give you options, but they aren't there to sell you something that you don't want or need. I've used Precision for at least four garage door replacements and repairs, and they have knocked it out of the park every time.

Precision is very responsive in scheduling and explaining how their door repair services work. The technician we had, Connor, arrived on time and gave a understandable and detail explanation of the problems with the door and how to address them. Precision has their tech arrive with a lot of replacement parts so you can have a one visit experience. And our tech, Connor, really knew what he was doing. The repair of a door from the 1990's took less than two hours! And on top of all these positives was very reasonable pricing!

Great service! The service technician Tim Kronenberger was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I had my new garage door opener installed in about 2 hours. He explained all the features and showed me how to program the keypad. I'm very pleased with everything.

Tom Constantin has always been our go to. He was related to our neighbors and always does a super job. I called him yesterday as I had backed into the garage door from inside and couldn't get out of the garage. The door wouldn't go up or down! I called Tom and he said he'd be over within 10 min. As it turned out he was in the middle of packing for vacation and I felt terrible to call him out. He said he didn't mind and he'd get me taken care of. He ordered our new door and said it probably won't be in for a couple of weeks. He did a terrific job! He is great!! Don't know if we will need a new opener also.

I had made an appointment with Precision on 7/22 for service on my Keyless unit which was not working. George Ramey contacted me twice in the am to advise me when he would arrive. He was so professional and friendly and quickly determined that unit had corroded battery terminal. I approved the new unit to be installed. He quickly replaced the unit and did a safety check on my garage door, cables and door opener.
