Have used Precision Garage Doors for 20 years, both in Columbus, Ohio, and now Pittsburgh. Conner came to service my garage door and did a thorough job. Went over every aspect of the door’s function and made all necessary adjustments. Communication from the Pittsburgh office is first rate, and Conner was polite and clear in all of his explanations. Also no high-pressure sales pitches, which I really appreciate. Precision is the only garage door company I’ve ever used, and the only people I’ll call—and trust—in Pittsburgh.

We had a technician come out as we were having some issues with our garage door. We figured out that it was our remote before the technician came, but we didn't cancel figuring we could just get our door checked out before winter since it has been awhile. Conner (the tech that came) was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, showed us things we never knew, sprayed everything (fortunately we had some WD40 because he was out), and as he was about to leave he turned around saying he noticed something else and wanted to correct it, so he ended up adjusting our spring so that the door closed better. I ended up getting a new remote just because I use it sometimes several times a day, and didn't want to chance having our issue start again. I was very happy with Conner's service. I also was happy they could come out so quickly, and on a Sunday, and that it was just a regular service fee, which I was able to have waived by purchasing the remote. Again, really happy with everything.

I scheduled a repair on Friday afternoon for a 2 hour time slot for Monday afternoon. I needed to have the weather strip on the bottom of the garage door replaced. I ended up replacing all of the hardware, rollers, cables, etc. They were all in pretty bad shape. I couldn't have been any happier with the service technician, Damon. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Very conscientious. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any garage door repairs.
