Your technician for my service appointment was excellent. He worked quickly and was an absolute expert on everything relating to garage doors. The previous very noisy garage doors no longer are noisy and they move up and down with little or no sound at all.

Our service today was excellent. We were notified of their coming in advance as we requested. The service tech was respectful of the property and did exactly what we asked. We had a quote in advance for the price of the work performed. Our tech checked in when he was finished so that we could go over the work and any questions when he was finished. Garage door wouldn't close or open using electronic opener. Tech came and diagnosed in about 20 seconds....when I had swept out the garage, a wire to the safety "eye" got disconnected. He reconnected and re-taped the wires. Though I made fun of myself for such an error, he was kind enough not to agree with me. In all, tech was pleasant and solved the problem in 15 minutes max.

Our garage door opener chain broke on a Saturday afternoon. We called Precision Sunday, because we have used them in the past for a garage spring repair. The customer service we received on the phone was excellent and an appointment was set for Monday. Conner, the technician, arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional, explained everything before the service was done and when he was finished he made sure we understood everything. The service we received, as in the past, could not have been better. We were very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend this company.
