I had Precision Garage Doors come out for regular maintenance. Reece Cramer was exceptional and answered all my questions. He made sure to go over everything with me in a way I understood and explained I didn't need to replace my door / accessories if it's in good condition now and what to look out for in the future for repairs. Our garage door spring broke over the weekend. We were given a service time of 4pm that Monday. Our technician, Damon, arrived promptly and got right to work. The problem, the fix, and the cost were all clearly communicated so that we could decide what to do. We agreed to move forward and Damon quickly got to work. He fixed the problem and addressed other issues just to make sure the door was in perfect working order. He had everything cleaned up and put away in no time. Damon answered all my questions and at no point did he seem like he was rushing or wanting to be done. He gave me his full attention and even showed me some things to maintain the door on my own. His service was outstanding. I would only recommend Precision in the future. I wouldn’t doubt that it is the correct call.

Although my initial appointment was missed, I was really impressed with the technician the arrived, Aiden Scott. The job needed was simple, a safety cable that was unlocked, but he was so efficient and professional in the way he completed the work.
