I had another garage door company called elite to repair my door...I had issues with the chain coming off and they would not honor their work. I should have called precision first!!!!! I had the most wonderful service and the technician Aiden was so professional and knowledgeable! He did not judge me that I mistakenly went with another company first. He fixed my issue within a few minutes and I am so grateful to your company. You have so many followers, I just wish I knew to go with you first. Had a noisy garage door and lift. Damon from Precision showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as worn out rollers. He did a complete check of the system and replaced the all 10 rollers for just over $200. Door works great now and the difference the new rollers made is awesome. Nice work Damon!

He also noticed a wire that was hanging & rubbing against the garage door, so he stapled it back onto the ceiling, which he certainly didn’t have to do.
