Professional company from the website, to phone scheduling, to repairs. George arrived the day after my call, at the scheduled time. Garage door spring failed on Friday. Precision had a technician out Saturday morning for the repair. Steven showed up on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the issue, wired the repair and began work. Spring replacement took about an hour and a helf but only because Steven to some extra time to address issues with the initial installation. After the job was done, Steven cleaned up the job site, thanked me for using Precision and was on his way. So rare to get such good service anymore. I highly recommend Precision and my thanks to Steven for the service.

In retrospect, I would have been much better off waiting for the first available service appointment with Precision when our Lift Master garage door opener battery backup failed during the recent 6 day power outage. Instead I opted for immmediate service from an unknown company that represented itself as experienced and ended up replacing the overhead shaft spring at a very inflated price and also ended up with an opener where the shaft decoupled from the motor twice. That company hung me out to dry promising to return and permanently fix the opener, only to give me multiple arrival dates and times which never happpened. I returned to Precision and gladly awaited the four days before a service opening was available. Their tech identified the problem immmediately, was very familiar with my particular opener and made the unit operable within an hour. The moral of the story is clear, stick with the real professionals, Precision.
