Cori was really great! I really appreciated that she explained every detail to us about our garage door set-up and what she was going to do to get it fixed for us. She did her best to repair what we had even though it was not a conventional set-up. While it was unable to be fixed, I am confident that she did everything she could to at least make that attempt before suggesting that we purchase a new door. I really appreciate it that we were not charged for all of the troubleshooting that she did before letting us know that we needed to order a new door. We should have the new door installed within two weeks. I highly recommend Precision!

I found Precision in a flyer and decided to give them a try for my garage door repair. I have to say the whole experience was wonderful. I had a response time within 24 hours. I had a phone call to say they were coming and what time to be expected. my service representative was Reece And I have to say he was polite, kept me informed and explained everything that he was going to do and things that I might need in the future. Had springs , rollers and cables replaced. Highly recommend.

He was able to do a repair for me today and help educate me on longer term options for replacing my motor and lift system which will make the system quieter and more efficient. Fantastic service from start to finish!! Reece was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He assessed the need of the repair and advised me of the fix in terms that I could understand. The estimate was provided, which was well under the cost that I had thought it would have been, and once I said okay, Reece went to work immediately. The entire process, including the repair, took less than an hour. Reece even handled the clean up so nothing additional that I needed to do. A++ service from not only Reece but the entire process of booking the appointment to the close of the service call. Offered to repair existing unit (30 years old) but offered good value to replace with a new unit and explained advantages of each choice. Very satisfied with his work and the result.

The cable and spring system on our garage door broke late on Sunday evening. I called and the receptionist was very nice and able to get me an appointment on Monday morning which was great! I received a phone call from Tim when he was on his way. Once Tim got here, he was beyond helpful in explaining my options to fix the issue and answered all questions I had. Several years ago one of the very old springs that lifted the garage door broke. I was panicked as my car was inside the garage and I had to leave for work that morning.
