The young man that came to look into our garage door problem was very professional. He determined that the motor to lift and lower the door was faulty and had all the parts available in his van to replace it immediately. He took time to explain how to sync the garage door opener with the wall remote and also with the other remote controllers.

Very positive experience for first time customer! Appointment scheduling was easy with short lead time (1 day). Info about appointment and technician was well communicated via text msg. Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, and communicated well. He assessed the problem, provided options, and did not pressure sell. He was able to repair a 20+ year-old garage door opener (which really surprised me) and had it fixed in less than an hour. No hassle credit card payment with email receipt. Would use this company again myself and will recommend to others.

August 10, 2023 I thank Jessica for answering my phone call and sending Chuck Phillips to service my broken door. When he arrived, he politely listened to and answered my questions. With his job experience, Chuck knew what he had to do. After the Safety Checklist was done and being the professional he is, Chuck wasted no time in completing the repair to the door. When he was done, he took the time to review with me what was involved in its repair. Before Chuck left, he explained to me what I needed to do should I have future questions. Thank you! I chose Precision Garage Door due to their high ratings for customer service, professionalism, quality of products they install as well as the knowledgeable technicians who represent this company. To date, Precision has very much lived up to the many positive ratings available to all on the world-wide web. I haven't had any issues with the door initially purchased; I upgraded per my preference and only placed one service call to replace the bottom seal, which scheduling the appointment was very easy, I actually called on a Saturday late day (fully expecting to have to await a call back by someone overseas), and to my surprise, I was connected to a live person (in the USA) who correctly documented the reason for my outreach and she was able to schedule the requested service with the same technician Timothy "K." who originally installed and upgraded my garage door. Timothy was a little bit early, which was great, I received a text and e-mail message advising that he was on his way which also provided an estimated arrival time - he was here right at the identified time. I am most satisfied with Precision Garage Door, and I highly recommend this company to all looking for a reputable, customer-focused organization. Thank you.
