New bottom rubber sweeps on both garage doors. On a Saturday morning a cable snapped on our garage door opener. I couldn't remember who installed it and went on a search for a local company. After reading reviews I called to book an appointment and was thrilled to know that there were no extra fees for weekend appointments. The technician arrived on time, was quick and efficient, installed new cables and springs and put up with 2 loudly barking dogs while he worked! Great service!

I have used Precision Garage Door several times over the years for installation of new equipment, repairing old equipment and routine checkups. They have always been great. They are extremely timely (almost always same-day) and the service techs are always very polite and helpful. They listen to what I want, but will add their own suggestions when they have them (i.e., keep me from making a mistake). They give thorough inspections, but I never felt like they’d oversold any repairs needed. The price has always been very reasonable for the quality of the parts and work. I once check about replacing a bottom seal myself and found the part alone was almost as much as getting them to install it for me! I have nothing but good things to say. I wish all home repair companies were like Precision Doors.

We had used Precision on two previous occasions, so we did not hesitate to call them again. Our sensors became mis-aligned and it was difficult to be on the garage floor to solve the problem. Reece, representing Precision, came to our home the next day after we got in touch with them. He was able to correct the mis-alignment in minutes and then continued to lubricate the rollers and hinges and perform an inspection.

The car remote stopped working. The pad near the garage was a maybe if you hit the code just. With winter coming I really needed the remote. Getting in and out of the car in rain or snow to get the garage was a problem. I had Precision Door Service before and they )Timothy Kronenberger did a fantastic job. So I asked for Tim again. And he came. Fixed the remote and the pad on the garage. He then did over all check up on the springs he had repaired in 2022. Once he was finished, he declared I was winter ready. You can be sure that I will call Precision Door Service for new doors when I am ready to replace them. A very friendly company. Thank you.
