Had an issue with the door not being able to raise. Called Precision and they had a tech out that day. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and made sure the door was operating perfectly before leaving. I am aware this is what should be expected however, Ive found that customer service is not what it once was. It was refreshing to have this experience.

This time the call came to them because our daughter bought a house that has an electric garage door but no opener from the sellers appeared.
