We returned home from a trip and immediately had the spring on our garage door break. After calling Precision, Cori came over within a couple of hours. She was able to quickly and accurately assess the problem before quoting a repair cost. She was very easy to work with, and the garage door is working again! Fantastic service from start to finish!! Reece was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He assessed the need of the repair and advised me of the fix in terms that I could understand. The estimate was provided, which was well under the cost that I had thought it would have been, and once I said okay, Reece went to work immediately. The entire process, including the repair, took less than an hour. Reece even handled the clean up so nothing additional that I needed to do. A++ service from not only Reece but the entire process of booking the appointment to the close of the service call. Offered to repair existing unit (30 years old) but offered good value to replace with a new unit and explained advantages of each choice. Very satisfied with his work and the result.

The cable and spring system on our garage door broke late on Sunday evening. I called and the receptionist was very nice and able to get me an appointment on Monday morning which was great! I received a phone call from Tim when he was on his way. Once Tim got here, he was beyond helpful in explaining my options to fix the issue and answered all questions I had. Several years ago one of the very old springs that lifted the garage door broke. I was panicked as my car was inside the garage and I had to leave for work that morning. Found your add in Clipper Magazine. My garage door was opening when I was not at home. Tim came out and took care of the issue. I could not have asked for a better technician to have come over. Had malfunctioning.garage door opener stopped working. The technician quickly assessed my situation made some adjustments and repaired my opener. Suggested a few updates to make operation smoother. When finances allow I'd like to get the same tech back. 85$ and I'm happy.

The whole experience from making the appointment to job completion was unbelievably easy, quick, seamless and very professional. The appointment was made online about 8:00 AM and the appointment was confirmed, a chat with customer service about special directions for the location, a message and email received when the technician was on his way and the job was completed all by 12:30 PM. All this on a Saturday morning!!! Reece Cramer, the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately inspected the situation to identify the problem, went over my options with me, provided me what the various cost would be and then went to work changing the springs on the double garage door. He checked the motor and all the adjustments and verified that the door was working properly before he cleaned everything up and let me know that the repair was completed.
