Our remotes would not open the garage door. I called Precision around 4 pm on Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. The technician George came, evaluated and checked several things and concluded that the logic board could not communicate with the remotes. He was knowledgeable, polite, and explained what he found to be the problem. Thank you George. I have used Precision for over 15 years and have always been very happy with their work. Coming within 24 hours and fixing the problem on the spot is what makes them a reliable company.

Precision was recommended to us by two neighbors who had used your services. While no one was available to make a house call on Wed. Nov. 24, we were pleased to know that we could have service by noon on Friday. The technician, Tim Kronenberger, called to say he was early (nice surprise)and asked if he could come to our house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he was very polite and went right to work assessing our problem. He gave us the options for repair clearly and thoroughly and once we decided to go ahead and have a complete overhaul of the door, he completed the job promptly. The garage door now opens and closes very quietly without all the rumblings and banging as before. Thank you, Lynn

George did a terrific job! He evaluated both garage doors and recommended that we have the springs and cables replaced. Not only did he make the necessary repairs but he also took a quick look at our keyless opener which hasn't been working and within a minute he had it reprogramed and working just fine. He is always thorough and polite. I'd recommend them any time.

I use your company for routine repairs. As we were hearing a "clunking noise" upon the garage door closing, we called to schedule a service appointment. Your rep came out yesterday and advised that the apparent problem is a bent lower panel. He suggested that I call Precision Door to have one of their servicemen come out to inspect the panel, which I did this morning. While I was not at home when your rep came over, my wife reported that he carefully checked everything over and did not assess a service charge!!! I am very appreciative for your company's service in this regard, and if the other company can't solve our problem, I'll get back in touch with you. I give ***** stars!

A couple of years ago my garage door was acting like it had a mind of its own. Based on a mail ad, I called Precision who sent out a talented technician named Cori who quickly diagnosed and efficiently solved my problem. As a result, I didn't hesitate to call again when an explosive bang in the middle of the night told me the 15-year old spring on my garage door had snapped, trapping my car inside. I called Precision in the morning and by the afternoon Damon had expertly replaced the spring system. He was very patient in answering my questions about the process. Two years, two five-star jobs by Precision.
