Just when we were getting ready to put our home on the market, one of the garage doors wouldn't open--and my car was inside. It was easy to see the problem, but I wasn't sure how we would get it fixed or how soon that could happen. I called Precision and was able to get the door repaired that day. The technician, Timothy K., fixed the door, programmed openers so that they could open either door, and was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I highly recommend Precision for their excellent service, reasonable prices, and outstanding technicians.

He replaced the old mechanism, replaced parts, and added an outside keypad. I am very pleased with the new part, which gave an easy and quiet movement of the garage door. When Brian arrived to repair the door he did a complete inspection of the problem then explained what he would need to do to fix the problem. Our garage door malfunctioned 11:00 AM on a Saturday morning, made a call to Precision and they were there by 4:00 PM to perform the repair. The repair only took about an hour and the door works great again. I would highly recommend them to others!
