Found your add in Clipper Magazine. My garage door was opening when I was not at home. Tim came out and took care of the issue. I could not have asked for a better technician to have come over. He was professional and a pleasant person to deal with. He took the time to explain to me what he felt the problem was and what he suggested it would take to fix it. Had malfunctioning.garage door opener stopped working. The technician quickly assessed my situation made some adjustments and repaired my opener. Suggested a few updates to make operation smoother. When finances allow I'd like to get the same tech back. 85$ and I'm happy.

Whenever I have had garage door issues Precision Garage Door has come to the rescue. They often come the same day of my call or the next day. All issues have been have been resolved on the day of service. The service tech is knowledgeable, polite and explains the problem and solution so I have a complete understanding of the work that was done. We had a late start on the day and discovered our big double garage door had broken its spring. I called Precision and they fit us in later in the day. I would have missed a day of work if they didn’t come so quickly. George was friendly and efficient, repairing the problem very quickly. The whole experience from making the appointment to job completion was unbelievably easy, quick, seamless and very professional. The appointment was made online about 8:00 AM and the appointment was confirmed, a chat with customer service about special directions for the location, a message and email received when the technician was on his way and the job was completed all by 12:30 PM. All this on a Saturday morning!!! Reece Cramer, the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately inspected the situation to identify the problem, went over my options with me, provided me what the various cost would be and then went to work changing the springs on the double garage door. He checked the motor and all the adjustments and verified that the door was working properly before he cleaned everything up and let me know that the repair was completed. I would surely recommend the Precision Garage Door Service to my friends and family, or anyone in need of their services.

If I have a garage door issue, Precision Garage Door Service is the first and only call that I make. Our family has moved a few times within the area over the past 20 years and each house that we've lived in has had a garage door issue. You would think with new-builds, the garage doors would function properly for more than a couple of years...but that has not been the case. Nevertheless, other than being annoyed that yet another garage door has failed us too soon, I don't fret too much because I know we can trust Precision. This last issue, we had a call back almost immediately after we reached out online, and a service call the very next day. the service was wonderful! I was given a timeframe and he came Right on time. While backing out of the garage my passenger side Rear view mirror hit the metal bar that runs along the side of the door and bent it. I immediately called my daughter because she had used your service and was completely satisfied. The service technician was very friendly and explained what he was going to do to fix it. The problem was fixed in a short time and I was completely satisfied. Your company name and number is now in my personal phone book.
