I have always used the services of Precision and have usually been satisfied with not only the service but the employees..However I cannot comment on services because nothing has been done. Chuck looked at the door and said he had to get material from the warehouse…I have not heard anything. I am waiting for a repair date since 12/31/22…

I called the number on the sticker inside my door. I could not go anywhere until the door was serviced, car stuck in garage. Precision came within 24 hours, and did not try to sell me anything else, just repaired the broken parts. He also said he was doing a safety check. He said everything else was fine.

I called Precision last night when I discovered springs had broken. I was able to get an appointment for today between 10-12. George called and texted that he was on his way and would be here in 35 minutes. Just about to the minute, he was here, assessed the situation and repaired the springs. George was very courteous and explained what he had done afterwards and even looked back in his records to refresh my memory as to dates of opener installation, etc. Good job George! And, Precision.

This has been the best experience I have had dealing with a company for repairs. The people I had contact with from start to finish made it a pleasure. Especially Damon Burke the repair technician who came out to check and make the same day repairs for my really old wooden garage door by replacing all of the hardware. Now my door opens easily and safely. Damon was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and was willing to take the time to make sure to explain everything involved and about the warranty. He made sure that I was happy with the replacement and repairs before leaving. He is a treasurer for your company. Love the way your company handles making the appointment, the txts and emails but especially txting the picture and info about the person you are sending to my house, the confirmations and up to date arrival times. I definitely will be referring you to everyone. Thank you.

Our comments are: we have seen your trucks in our area where we live and thought that we would give you a try and here goes, Your Technician, Damon Burke arrived on time and I have to be honest with you, we have called other places when we needed repairs in our home but when Damon came he identified himself to us(not like some fellows that don't even give their name) and he is by far one of the best service technicians that we have had--he was very polite and explained to us what he had to do and worked promptly--I would definitely call your company again and recommend your company to my neighbors if they ever had a Garage Door problem.

about 5 years ago i had two garage doors installed and this company did a wonderful job, last week 10.31.22 I had two of the rollers come off the track called precision and they were here 3 days later even though they are short handed, Damon was the tech and was very nice and fixed the problem in no time at all...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I will never go to another company.
