I was sent a picture of the technician who would answer my service call. George arrived promptly, introduced himself, and went to work. He explained everything every step of the way. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He replaced the part I needed, and again reviewed everything. He cleaned up everything. I received a service call the same day I called, and they worked around another appointment I had. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door. I was 100% satisfied.

Called Precision Garage Door to service my garage door which I had a problem with when trying to close the door. I had called a competitor previously and they told me that the sensor on the door was bad and that it would cost 125 to replace. Timothy from Precision said he would check a couple of things first and if that didn’t correct the problem, It may require something more complicated. He tightened the chain and adjusted the sensor and fixed the problem in minutes. All covered in the service fee of 65. Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians and overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I highly recommend this company!
