This is a good company to phone for a repair. I had a woman who did my repair very knowledgeable and excellent in customer service relations. She gave a free estimate for my work did not over charge me for anything that was not needed. I dont like people coming to my home causes me anxiety and I never felt uncomfortable at all. I would recommend them to anyone. My garage is like brand new.

No service was actually done. Something was blocking the sensor at the bottom of the door and no repair was necessary. I was disappointed that I was not told to check that area before a tech was sent out and I was charge the $65 service charge for the 10 minutes the tech was here. I felt that this could have been corrected over the phone.

If we misdiagnose, which is likely to happen having not looked at it ourselves, we would then be liable for any issues you have moving forward. called them one day and they were installing a new opener the next day. took about 1 hr. Marcus was quick, through , clean, and very polite. Mine was 22 years old so I though a new one would be best over repairing.
