Builder-installed torsion bar went and needed to be replaced. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, and Kasey clearly explained the issue and what needed to be done. He was very professional and completed the job quickly. It was an expensive repair, but necessary and the lifetime warranty helps ease the sting a bit. I got the referral for Precision from a neighbor (who had the same problem), and would recommend them to others.

Garage door opened, but would not close. Aaron assessed the problem and began by replacing the sensors on the floor at the front of the garage; which solved the problem. He was friendly and courteous. There was no cost because Precision lives up to their life time warranty.
