This was the second time that I utilized Precision and was extremely pleased both times. I was able to schedule an appointment for a very convenient time for me and John, the service technician, showed up promptly. He thoroughly explained what my repair would require and the options available, gave me an accurate estimate of the time involved to complete the work and provided me with details of all costs that would be incurred. The work was done neatly, in the estimated time and to my satisfaction. John was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. My service included replacement of springs, cables, pulleys, rollers and a nearly 30 year old door opener. All in all, it was a great job at a competitive price!
Thank you, Kevin, for being a valued customer of Precision Garage Door and for taking the time to give us your review. I'm glad to hear you were happy with the service that you received from John. We appreciate your business and look forward to servicing all your garage door needs in the future!
