The technician, Aiden did a great job of replacing my bottom seal on my garage door. The bottom of the door was corroded and even though he struggled a bit to remove the seal, he got the job done and the door adjusted quickly. I was very happy to be able to use my garage door again since it was stuck since the big snow storm we had. Thank you again, Aiden. Good job.

I called on a Tuesday because my opener broke. It was old (1999), so I wanted a new one. My install was the next day! That's impressive in and of itself! My installer was Damon Burke, who also had a new employee with him who he was training. Both of them were so nice, very polite, and professional. They had the job completed very quickly, and it all looks so nice. I'll be sticking with Precision for all future repairs or replacements.

Garage door spring broke sometime Thursday afternoon. I found Precision via Google search. I called late in the day and talked to Tori to get an appointment for Monday. Aiden Bench called to make sure it would be OK for him to arrive half an hour early for our appointment! Upon arrival he told me what he was going to do and then showed me the invoice before beginning work. Job was done fast, looks great and left no mess! Thank you Aiden, and Precision!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! They charged me $475 to repair a 17 year old craftsman opener. A new comparable opener made by craftsman at Lowe’s is roughly $225. They replaced the circuit board and charged $399 for it. An entire opener with all of the necessary parts is almost 1/2 of that. I also asked about a senior citizen discount when I scheduled the appointment and was told they there was one. Not one mention of that by the representative or on the invoice. Definitely a buyer beware company. Never again for me. I posted the details of the experience on our neighborhood FB page (over 400 houses).

I called at 9 am this morning begging for an appointment as I thought my cable broke and I had a blood draw appointment at 9:20. She said Sunday was the next appointment time and I said it needed to be sooner. I have Grief Share class in the am on Thursday and Divorce Care in the evening on Thursday. She put me on hold and got me an appointment for 12-2pm today!! Aiden was great. One of the parts had broke, not the cable but it affected the cable. He fixed it right away and now I can get in and out of the garage! Precision is the BEST!!

I have been meaning to have someone check out my garage door for awhile, but have been putting it off. When I looked outside on Sunday morning and saw your truck at my neighbors' house, I ran out and asked if they could swing by my house after he was done. George didn't hesitate and came over to assess what was needed. He had replacement parts in the truck and was able to install new springs and a new key pad within an hour. George was extremely professional and explained what was happening with the springs. I was so thankful for his being available to take care of me that afternoon!
