the service was wonderful! I was given a timeframe and he came Right on time. While backing out of the garage my passenger side Rear view mirror hit the metal bar that runs along the side of the door and bent it. I immediately called my daughter because she had used your service and was completely satisfied. The service technician was very friendly and explained what he was going to do to fix it. The problem was fixed in a short time and I was completely satisfied. Your company name and number is now in my personal phone book.

I scheduled a service call for Saturday the 2nd of December. I received a text about a half hour prior to the appointment. Technician Cori met me “right on time “and I explained to her the reason for my concern. She quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the remedy. My garage door opener stopped working. I call Precision Garage Door Service at 11am and had an appointment at 4pm the same day. George the Tech showed up and was extremely courteous and respectful. He took the time to go through the garage door assessment and explained how everything is supposed to work, Extremely knowledgeable!! I had purchased the wrong size opener for my door height but he had what was needed at a very reasonable price. I really liked the fact they texted a picture of George and a little clip about him so I knew who I was dealing with before he showed up, I also got an e mail from the owner of the company. The whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish!! I could tell right away George knew his stuff and his professionalism was unmatched and I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in our garage. I could also tell Dan the owner takes great pride in the training, safety and trust he has in his employees, well done Sir!! If you have any garage door needs I could not recommend Precision Garage Service more highly, great people, great service, fantastic job, super satisfied! Call them first, they are the best!!

Was having problems with my garage door opening/closing. Called on Saturday and was suggested I get a silicon lubricant. I applied to door but did not help. On Tuesday I called and got an appointment for Wednesday. George came out and fixed the problem. He was prompt, professional and patient with my questions. Cori was right on time. She did a super job. She determined the problem right off and fixed it. Now we know if that happens again, we can probably correct it. She also checked out the cables, etc. and everything is fine. She did a terrific job. Tom also did a great job in letting us know the original contractor was backed up and Cori would be out, but a little later, which was fine. We had only called on it today, so that was terrific service!! Thanks so much!

I had read reviews on line and hence contacted the company. The person on chat session was very responsive and was able to have someone come the very next day (contacted at 6 pm the prior night). Reece arrived within the first 45 minutes of the service window, identified a broken pulley bearing as the source of the screeching noise, also discovered the cable had begun to fray on that side of the door. He replaced the pulley and the cables on both sides in a very efficient, professional manner. He also discovered that some of the roller covers were missing and suggested that I have the rollers replaced in the future. He performed the multipoint inspection and lubricated all the mechanics of the door. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work. Precision Door also installed my door and replaced the springs in the past. All three experiences were excellent.

When I came home recently, my garage door opener would not work from both a remote as well as the keypad outside. My house was locked, and I didn't have the key. I was desperate! I googled online and found Precision's information. I used t and he chat feature, as I was in a library for use of wifi. Technician Damon arrived quickly and was quite helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We tried the door again, and it worked! I noticed when I got in the house that clocks were blinking, so there must have been a power outage. Damon checked everything regarding the garage door opener. I was not charged for this call! I highly recommend this company.

My technician Cori Merkel was thorough and professional. Explained a number of things about my door opener etc. that I was not aware of. Showed me exactly what the issue with my door was. Fortunately it was not a major problem and she performed maintenance on the door as well. Advised me of potential problems that I may have with the door and provided quotes without high sales pressure. I have used Precision Door for a number of years and have always been happy with the service provided. I was able to get an appointment very quickly as well.

Found ad in Clipper Magazine. They were able to service that day which was great for my schedule. With winter coming, they replaced the cracked bottom rubber of my garage door. Damon, the service technician, did the replacement quickly and efficiently. The service fee and cost of materials used were reasonable and I would contact them again if I had any future service issues.

If I have a garage door issue, Precision Garage Door Service is the first and only call that I make. Our family has moved a few times within the area over the past 20 years and each house that we've lived in has had a garage door issue. You would think with new-builds, the garage doors would function properly for more than a couple of years...but that has not been the case. Nevertheless, other than being annoyed that yet another garage door has failed us too soon, I don't fret too much because I know we can trust Precision. This last issue, we had a call back almost immediately after we reached out online, and a service call the very next day. George, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You cannot go wrong with Precision! Trust me, I've had to use them three times :)
