Our garage door spring broke over the weekend. We were given a service time of 4pm that Monday. Our technician, Damon, arrived promptly and got right to work. The problem, the fix, and the cost were all clearly communicated so that we could decide what to do. We agreed to move forward and Damon quickly got to work. He fixed the problem and addressed other issues just to make sure the door was in perfect working order. He had everything cleaned up and put away in no time. Damon answered all my questions and at no point did he seem like he was rushing or wanting to be done. He gave me his full attention and even showed me some things to maintain the door on my own. His service was outstanding. I would only recommend Precision in the future. I wouldn’t doubt that it is the correct call.

Although my initial appointment was missed, I was really impressed with the technician the arrived, Aiden Scott. The job needed was simple, a safety cable that was unlocked, but he was so efficient and professional in the way he completed the work. He was not condescending and explained to me the work he did for me. Because of Aiden's customer service, I definitely will call Precision Garage Door service in the future if necessary.

Precision did a fantastic job! When I 1st called the process and initial fee was explained to me, an appointment was set in a timely manner and followed up with a confirmation and reminder notice. I was notified that Aiden was on his way. Aiden arrived promptly, was very professional, assessing the issues and arriving at a solution(s) and letting me know the cost. He had parts with him and was able to complete the door issue within 30 minutes! I would highly recommend Precision and their team (Aiden and administrator) for your garage door needs! Our technician Tom arrived on time on the morning of New Years Eve and assessed the trouble with our door controls, attempting to reprogram new transmitters. After diagnosing the trouble, a non-responsive control board on the opener motor, he clearly explained my options, allowing me to choose the best option. He was able to install a new motor, external keypad, and transmitters that morning, which will give us years of service. We are very satisfied.

He arrived within the specified timeframe, and he was very informative in explaining our issue. He went straight to work and resolved it in a timely manner. I chose Precision because I had used them before for a broken spring and had a great experience then. Today was the same experience. The technicians arrived at the appointment time and were super courteous. They diagnosed the problem and were quick about fixing it. The pricing was again fair like last time.
