We had your technician out to do a checkup today. We used your ad for the 39.95 promotional fee. He spent 5 minutes tops doing the service. Okay, everything seemed to be functioning properly. So, when it came to pay he informed me that there was a $20 surcharge. I asked for what. He said everybody charges a surcharge. I told him I’m not paying it. If you are going to add a surcharge, it should be noted in your ad or when the appointment is made. NOT good business!

Needed repairs for broken spring, and the workmenship was done extremely well and quick. Has the technician was inspecting the cables and rollers. We discussed replacing them and installing a new garage door opener with the battery back up. Damon did an extremely great job and was very kind and knowledgeable to the questions I asked. I would recommend precision garage doors to anyone looking for one or general repairs and ask for Damon to do the install or repair work. Very satisfied, Five Stars!!!!!
