I have been meaning to have someone check out my garage door for awhile, but have been putting it off. When I looked outside on Sunday morning and saw your truck at my neighbors' house, I ran out and asked if they could swing by my house after he was done. George didn't hesitate and came over to assess what was needed. He had replacement parts in the truck and was able to install new springs and a new key pad within an hour. George was extremely professional and explained what was happening with the springs. I was so thankful for his being available to take care of me that afternoon! I won't hesitate to use you again, and certainly to recommend anyone who is looking for garage door work! Thank you!
Thank you, Maryclare, for sharing your positive feedback and 5 star review. It's great to hear George did not hesitate to quickly help you with your garage door issue and that you were extremely impressed with his professional service, as well as appreciated him explaining the repairs and why they were needed. We are repeat customers because they have exceptional service, quality products and they are local to our area. Over the years we've replaced a garage door, springs and most recently a garage door opener. Each time the service was exceptional and the prices were reasonable to the service and product. Our most recent service tech, Tim, was very knowledgeable, courteous and completed the job without any issues and left the garage workspace clean. They were prompt to schedule our appointment and consistently followed up as to when they would arrive for service. There are similar companies however these guys are exceptional.
Thank you, Richard, for always trusting in Precision Garage Door. It's good to hear we always provide you with exceptional service and quality products; and that most recently, Tim, provided you with knowledgeable and courteous service. Your kind words about our exceptional service and reasonable prices are appreciated!

Precision installed my new garage door in 2022. Their service was superb and the door still looks as good as new. Earlier this week my garage door opener stopped working. Once opened, it wouldn’t close all the way and none of the key pads were working. I’m disabled and asked my neighbor to manually shut it. I immediately called Precision because of my prior great experience with them. When I called, the telephone agent had my pertinent information on her system. Initially the first available appointment was several days away, When I explained my situation, she was able to secure a same day technician visit. That afternoon, Damon Burke arrived, quickly identified the problem—an electrical cord had detached from the main unit—and made the repair. Damon completed this repair in about 15 minutes. He made sure the door was working before he left. He was very professional and friendly, and I enthusiastically recommend him if you are lucky enough to get him as your garage door technician. I also highly recommend Precision Door Service for their prompt attention to my issue.
Thank you, Charlie, for being a valued Precision Garage Door customer and for highlighting Damon's quick, professional and friendly service. We are pleased to hear that the door we installed in 2022 still looks good as new and Damon was able to quickly fix the issue with your opener, making sure everything was working properly before he left. We appreciate your business and your recommendation!

These Guys are amazing!!! I have delt with them years and it has always been a positive experience. They offer a life time warranty on many of their products and most importantly they stand behind it. An example of this is we had 1 of our 2 springs break last night. Tom C came out this morning and was able to replace both of the springs. Even though only 1 broke. When Tom finished he reached out with his hand to thank us for being a customer. The 2 springs and the service call were at no charge. No questions asked. This is why this spring we will be purchasing a new door from Precision. We won't shop them around do to the fact that no other company will be able to offer the value and service they do. Thank you Precision and a BIG SHOUT OUT to Tom!
Thank you, Ken, for trusting in Precision Garage Door and being one of our valued customers. It's good to hear you receive amazing service from us and are completely satisfied to the point you don't need to shop around for another company! We appreciate your business and always look forward to servicing your garage door needs!

I recently had an incredible experience with Precision Garage Door Service when I needed a repair for my garage door. From the moment I called to book the appointment, I could tell I was dealing with a professional and reliable team. Their customer service representative was friendly and attentive, quickly scheduling a convenient time for a technician to visit my home. On the day of the service, the technician arrived right on schedule, which I really appreciated. He introduced himself politely and immediately began assessing the garage door. He carefully explained the issue in terms I could easily understand, pointing out exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I felt confident from the start that I was in good hands. The repair process was smooth and efficient. Reece was great!. He worked with precision, ensuring everything was repaired properly while also taking the time to check the entire system for any potential future issues. He even gave me tips on how to maintain the garage door to keep it running smoothly. By the time the repair was complete, my garage door was operating better than ever. The whole experience was stress-free, professional, and surprisingly fast. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention to detail provided by Precision Garage Door Service. I wholeheartedly give them 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door repair done right the first time!
