Our technician Tom arrived on time on the morning of New Years Eve and assessed the trouble with our door controls, attempting to reprogram new transmitters. After diagnosing the trouble, a non-responsive control board on the opener motor, he clearly explained my options, allowing me to choose the best option. He was able to install a new motor, external keypad, and transmitters that morning, which will give us years of service. We are very satisfied.

It was our first time to receive service from Precision. Reece was the technician who repaired the door springs. He arrived within the specified timeframe, and he was very informative in explaining our issue. He went straight to work and resolved it in a timely manner.
