I called Precision late afternoon to get an estimate on the repair needed to my garage door. The girl that I spoke with on the phone was awesome! She made sure that my needs were met and followed up with me right away. You talk about quick and efficient! They had a technician out here the next morning!!! Tim was both professional and friendly, and provided excellent customer service. You can bet that all of my future garage door needs will be done by the folks at Precision and I will be sure to recommend them as well.

Service was fast and well done. I was disappointed that you would only guarantee the springs I had installed for only 90 days. Sounds like you don't have much faith in your product.
Mr. Wooster, As discussed during the service call, you had some other parts on your door that were failing, ie. rollers pulleys and cables. Since these parts all work together, we cannot warranty our springs due to the other parts on the door possibly compromising our springs. In fact, we do offer a lifetime warranty on those very same springs as long as you have the whole overhaul completed. Per our discussion, you are getting new doors in the summer, so the overhaul would not have made much sense for your situation. I hope you can understand this and I assure you, that your springs are of good quality. Please be sure to call us for an estimate when you are ready, as we do offer a lifetime warranty option with our new doors as well. Thank you very much for the business and we would look forward to servicing you in the future.

I have been most happy with this company. First of all, I was able to secure a same-day appointment. On this visit, I thought we would need a replacement opener; however, the technician told me that just some simple adjustments would need to be made, and that most of them were under warranty since we were repeat customers. We had $500 worth of work done for a little over $100. I can see why they are so popular.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. Precision was there on Sunday to fix it and without a "special charge for weekend service." The technician was friendly, informative and skilled at his job. We were very pleased with the service performed and would not hesitate to use Precision again.

The service technician was here timely, with all of his tools and ready to get busy. Great salesman also, as he had everything he needed in his truck and made suggestions for needed upgrades. Very neat, clean and organized!! Great job. The only downside is the price... Quite expensive, however, that's just the way it is sometimes.

I just had the doors installed yesterday. Michael did an absolutely wonderful job! He has a very high work ethic and is an excellent craftsman. I would have given you guys "five stars", but I rate pretty hard (smiling). I just wish that I didn't have to wait so long to get the doors installed (over a month), and they are a bit expensive; however, if they hold up and work properly I will be pleased. See me in about ten years for that final star (smiling). Thanks for your service!

The serviceman noted we had a previous repair (not remembered by me) that needed remediation and checked with the office to confirm that we had received such service and were still under warranty.
