Precision was quick to respond to my call to fix a broken garage door spring. I was offered a same day appointment, but scheduled an appointment for the next day (on a Saturday). The service technician was on time and very professional. I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service.

I contacted Precision for a repair of my existing garage door opener that stopped operating after 5 years of use. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and service that I received from Ryan the Precision technician who came to my home. Ryan was on time, professional, and he did an excellent job of repairing my garage door opener and, he even made sure to clean up after he was finished. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door or opener repair or replacement.

Tim was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient in his work and very personable. We discussed my options for repair and came up with the best possible solution. He explained everything that was going to be installed and why it needed to be done. I would recommend Precision to a friend.

Selected Precision from Yellow Pages. I am glad I did. The service was excellent. Brian was very professional, honest, and made sure that all repairs were completed correctly. My garage door has never worked better. I would highly recommend your company. Hopefully, I can send customers your way. If I need future repairs I will call and specifically ask for Brian if he is available. Thank you - Rege

Every time someone comes to the house they comment on how quiet the garage door opener is. It is the best!!. We had the new motor installed about 6 years ago and is fine. Just needed a new bottom panel, electronic eyes, and rollers replaced this time. The repairman, Tim, was on time, curtious and quick. I can't say a bad thing about the company. Keep up the good work.

I called because I thought the door need to be adjusted or something...it was "behaving" funny...Brian arrived right on promptly...and as always was extremely friendly...he assured us the door only need routine maintenance and it was not in need of any major repair. Thank goodness. He is always so calm and knowledgeable. He taught us that we can in fact help keep the door oiled and maybe not need to call again so soon. I think you have a wonderful employee and I want you to know that he is the type of person that people enjoy having come to their homes when a service person is needed. Thank you for allowing me the time to let you know about Brian. Lisa Wolowicz

George was professional and proficient. Initially we contacted Precision for a repair and asked for a bid on a replacement. George did not pressure us and made sure we were aware that he could do the repair. We opted for the new door, it was delivered and installed in the time window that was promised and we are very happy with the appearance and operation! Thanks for asking.

Precision was able to come out right away to handle our garage door repair. Tim was a very good technician who knew what the problem was right away. The quality of his work was very good too! Precision was a little on the expensive side but the work is backed by a life time guarantee and the BBB. Again the quality of work was obviously very good and I would rather do business with a company that backs their work and will be around for a long time.

The service was excellent. I called on Monday at 7:00 a.m. and was told a technician would be at my house between 8 and 10. Tim phoned before his allotted time to call was up to let me know he'd be there by 10:00 a.m. He was extremely pleasant and thorough and completed his work when he said he would. He explained what he had to do and made sure I didn't have any questions, both before the repair and after. The chassis, springs, cabling, and much of the door hardware needed to be replaced - not what I wanted to hear but the result is outstanding. It should definitely help the resale value when I put the house up for sale in the coming months. Thanks again to Tim for his professional and pleasant manner.

I had a positive experience, beginning with the phone call. Ryan responded promptly to my service request, which helped me to make the most of my day off. He was efficient in completing a repair on a broken track wheel, answering my questions in a pleasant manner. He performed an adjustment on the closing mechanism as a courtesy. He provided information about how the door works and the purpose of the safety cables. I would call this company again if the need should arise.

I was very grateful to have had Brian come out first to look at the problem we were having with our door, give us his professional opinion, and then to install our new door. He was very professional in every way and represented Precision well. He was very skillful in what he did, and did it in a timely matter. He gets a 5 star from the beginning to the end with us. Thanks Brian!:)

Tim from Precision repaired my garage door, and was very helpful in explaining the problems and several possible solutions. He was not pushy in suggesting a particular fix, and allowed me to make the decision on the scope of work to be done. The work was completed quickly and looked to be of very good quality.

Per a followup call on 4/19/10 with Tom Constantin, I now have a better understanding of the charges for the work I recently had done. Thus, I feel more satisfied with the pricing as well as the services that John provided. If/when I have any further problems with my garage doors, I won`t hesitate to call. Thank you for your rapid fresponse to my concern. Rich Holleran
